It sounds epic just from standstill.

Does it automatically rev up at start, like e.g. F Type and other supercar?
No I was having a rev play.....

Ohhh the lower part of the wing mirrors painted in black — I kind of like that. Is that standard GTS?

Might nick that idea for my 987.2
Standard though you can option of gloss black or colour coded.

IMO the matt black flows with the front, rear and side bits ....

OK, it has been a real struggle with the dealer but it looks like mine is sitting at Porsche Reading and will be picking it up tomorrow............ expect more photos then.

You would have thought they could take a couple more but the poor girl strugles with technology and email hmmmmmmm

Congratulation, love the colour, enjoy...

Great looking GTS ! Congratulations
I love the fact that the few owners here got their Cayman GTS in "flashy" colors, I mean different of white/grey/black.
Yes totally agree though to be fair white grey and black do look good.....

When I spec'd mine I went for the folding mirrors due mainly to the fact I live in a rural area with the narrow lanes that go with that. The sales guy thought they were mainly for parking and would not fold whilst on the move, I was please to find this was wrong and you can fold and unfold them whilst on the move and they will stay in the selected position even at speed. Really handy when you meet a tractor or other large vehicle in a country lane...

I have chosen White, PASM and PDK. I did see a GTS and preferred the leather to Alcantera. In the end its my money and I have chosen the options I want!

Exactly what I have done. One of the joys of buying new is to have the car that fits your needs and personal preferences. Never gave a thought to resale desirability or value.

I am absolutely over the moon with my car as I am sure you will all be with yours, happy days....
