Got pump service in a few garages in Italy. They cleaned the windscreen too.

Roughly 5.5 full fill ups.

Let's say 90-100 euro per tank of decent fuel.

Not on the autostrade, there you get a choice. In towns and cities they close for lunch for 2-3 hours and then from about 7:30pm to 7:30am. During the closed times you have to use the "24hour self".
