Warranty - Yes / No , Percenatge who have and don't !?

My 987 boxster s is due for o p c warranty. Renewal this October , I have had the bores scoped and had it serviced by my local indi, as I only cover maybe 3 k per year I am going to take a chance and not renew, the only reason I am tempted is that it's more saleable with warranty, Mike

You can always put a warranty on it for the new owner if you decide to sell

For peace of mind we have always taken up Porsche extended warranty when the original one has expired. Our current Boxster is the first Porsche we've had with the three year warranty from new, so at least we have some time before we need to worry about it!
