2007 Porsche Cayman 2.7

Hi all, I'm looking at a 2007 Porsche Cayman 2.7 with about 60,000 on the clock. It's been serviced 3 times - 2009, 2011, 2014 - and looks pretty tidy for around £17k. However, I'd always thought that a Porsche should be serviced every 2 years? So, should I be worried about the 3 year gap? Also, what should I expect to have been done in that time? Any major elements that should've been replaced or renewed in the first 60,000 miles that I should be aware of?
Also, I'm not sure whether to consider solely trade cars or to also open the door to private sales. You see, I understand that you get an element of peace of mind with a trade purchased car, but if I bought privately and covered myself with a third-party warranty, am I not getting almost as good a deal? The car is cheaper when purchased privately and so the savings could cover the warranty and what not.
Furthermore, there's apparently only one key? Should that put me off?

Yeah, but my budget is small (circa £18,000) and I'm very fussy. I want a properly cherished Cayman ideally in black with less than 60k on the clock. I also want it to come with a 2 year warranty, sat nav, stylish alloys (I'm not a fan of the standard Cayman alloys), full leather interior, blah, blah blah.
I had been considering only 3.4 Cayman's, but I've since been scared off those by the fact that they seem to suffer from extensive engine reliability issues such as bore scoring. I simply can't afford to fork out £5-7k for an engine rebuild as I'm sure is the case for most!
I know that I want a Cayman. There's nothing else out there that I think comes close for the money. It's just a case of finding one!

I have to say, I've been looking for a long time now and I've definitely not seen any Cayman's from traders at those prices. Certainly not from decent traders. They do seem to reside around the £17-19k mark which I feel is rather expensive. I'd happily pay £15-16k for one of these beauties (2.7) with between 40,000 to 60,000 on the clock.It does seem to me that you can get a 3.4 S for about the same as a bog-standard 2.7, which is odd. Perhaps this is due to the issues that blight the larger engine?
