944 S2 alloy wheels? 17s or 18s?

Hope everyone is good!
My poor 944 is awaiting the approval from the insurers that the repair work can proceed following a crash.
Two wheels are going to need replacing so I am going to replace all 4 with a new style. Not quite decided which style yet but I have a few ideas. I just thought I would get people's opinions on adding upto 18 inch alloys to the 944 S2? I read that it isn't "recommended" but will it really cause problems?
Ps. If anyone has any wheels for sale please post your images as I may be interested.
