Does anyone know these 360 Manuals?

Malc on club scud was talking of selling his manual, racing seats, coupe a while ago. Might be worth a look.
If it is same guy, he gave up on selling after time wasters and is now in a position where he wishes to keep it, don't blame him.I was going to look at this one:

The interior believe it or not does not put me off.
Unfortunately, I ran an HPI check which revealed in 2008/2009 the colour of the car was changed from grey to red, now this could be totally genuine reasoning or it could be more sinister. The paint job seems high quality but my worry is that was this carried out due to an accident as 360's are not so easy to repaint as you need to either open the headlights which is very hard to do or buy new very expensive units.
Either way innocent or not a colour change hits the value hard, but I wonder if anyone here knows the car or was a previous keeper of it as the interior spec of the car is very unique.

In 30+ years of Ferrari ownership I've had a couple of colour change cars, not an issue if done properly. 360's were good but not great when new due to the switch to water based paint.I was going to look at this one:

More of a perceived issue in the UK will be the mileage, although it shouldn't as a car with 60,000 will drive much nicer than a low miler if maintained properly. That seems to be a specific issue to the UK, on the continent there are many cars with "high" miles. If the paintwork stands up to inspection and you can determine it hasn't had a big knock (360's are fairly easy to check due to the alignment of screws, painted vs non painted bits, alignment of suspension parts etc) I certainly would look at it as a cheap car to have fun with.
Oh and the dash, steering wheel and seats on that car would have been expensive Carozzeria Scaglietti options when ordered new.
