The standard one I was supplied just now from Ferrari with my 458 is supposedly 5 amp. Will charge a 110 amp battery in under 24 hours.

Hi,

I have just bought a Ferrari 355, and I have a trickle charger for it.

I know the trickle charger connects "when you remove the cover on the right side of the engine bay". I have removed the cover, but I have no idea where I connect the trickle charger.

I see three cables, each one has a "bolt" where I could hook the trickle charger , but I don't know if that's the right place, nor which is the positive or negative terminal.

Please could somebody help me! If you could add a photo to show where you connect your trickle charger, I'd be so grateful!

Its been a while but there's a drawing of the set-up in the manual showing the stud for negative to the left of the plastic cover and a big + on the little cover under which are cables - I seem to recall that was how I did it

Thanks for replying - I've been through the books and I can't fida anything for a trickle-charger point for the 355, under that panel in the engine bay. I'm using the car every weekend at the moment - what an absolute joy it is! - but there'll come a point when it won't be used and that's what I'm worried about. If anyone can just send a photo of where they connect theirs to, it'd be a huge help!
