are there any specialist Ferrari insurers?

checking out costs prior to buying I have been surprised by the expense of insurance. Any pointers?

Dont understand. I asked A plannon a 430 value 80k and with 9nyears ncb, aged 69, good postcode completely clean licence, no accidents they indicated 1300, Why?
