Hi guys,

Looking to purchase a manual F430 in the next few weeks/months depending how long the hunt takes! Have followed this part of the forum for a while and seems the main things to watch out for are the manifolds and ball joints, the rest seems to be fairly bullet proof? Obviously I'd be wanting a full service history (not fussed if main dealer) car, but beyond that I am very open to offers if anyone is looking to sell? Colour combination I don't mind, I would love a Grigio with tan or red, but wouldn't be against Nero or Rosso with Crema.

Also, does anyone know the build numbers for the UK for the 430's, and how many of those are manual?

It does mean the 996 X50 Turbo (manual) will have to go, but I'm sure the Ferrari will make up for it smile

What mileage are you looking for?

A friend is part exing his against a 458 spider this week - may be able to do a last minute deal.

Car is Nero by the way. 29000 miles. Caramel interior.
Have tried to PM you, but seems there is an error. Can you PM me please, or you can get hold of me through my profile pretty easily smile

have you driven an F1 and then compared it to a manual? I did this back to back when purchasing mine and I found the F1 suited the car soooooooooooooo much better...
Driven neither of them, but I 100% want manual - I'm right in thinking its the last manual V8 Ferrari, probably ever?

Tom,

Just had a quick look at your website.

Are you intending to buy this car for stock (as a trader) or is it for personal use?

If the former then unfortunately I don't think my friend will be interested.
The car is not going into my stock, it will be replacing the 996 X50 Turbo as mentioned above, will be a garage queen biggrin

I would thought you would have bought one through the trade - as I cannot see you wanting to pay private prices....lol
I buy all my cars privately, not once have I bought a 'trade' car, but this is irrelevant, as I am not looking to buy a 430 to sell, it is to replace the 996 Turbo which has been loved for 18 months or so, but a 430 seems like a nice step up. The turbo was actually purchased from a dealer too...
