From what I have read on another forum your battery can be weakened enough to give you problems starting within about 3 or 4 days. I don't want to try it so just connect as soon as I get home.
I had constant problems with my 430 battery. It would go dead after a couple days. It was incredibly frustrating. The local Ferrari dealership said the battery was fine and I just needed to use the car more (It was my daily driver) in the end I fitted a new battery and it worked fine after that!

Still was best to leave it on a battery conditioner if it's being left for more than a few days. Don't know what it is about Ferrari batteries but the really are cr*p!
My Lambo has only been on a battery conditioner a couple times. Most of the time I don’t bother as I use it frequently and I’ve never once had a problem starting it!

I use to have problems with the 430, not sure if im correct but the f430 battery is a gel one in the passenger footwell, where as the 612 is in the boot and is a normal style lead acid battery.
