Looking for a Gallardo LP
Discussion
Hi - looking for our first Lamborghini. We have a Tesla model S and a GR Yaris. Mainly had Porsche and Lotus previously. We’d now like some theatre and these cars seem decent value vs. alternatives with amazing engines, looks and a decent chassis.
From desktop research and considering budget we are looking for either a post 08 LP manual (yes I know super rare), or LP Superleggera. Prefer hardtops but might consider a convertible. Looking to avoid ex-rental/track day experience cars. Other than front-lift, any must haves on these cars? Aware of the other chats on this topic but they seem to focus heavily on pre-LP cars hence the new topic! Thanks

the commonest LP manual you will find is the 550-2 variant, personally i wouldn't be put off a rwd variant, unless you plan to drive in the rain a lot
not sure there are any manual LP superleggera/performante uk cars
ad personum was much more limited then so the only models with alcantara interior were the superleggera/performante models.... and the 50th anniversary model, which i would say is the best (obviously biased)... i think the alcantara looks special cf the leather interiors

Don't get excited as this one is a previously sold car, but just to prove that are a very few out there:
https://www.vvsuk.co.uk/vehicle-details/Lamborghin...
According to the cc8s register it's probably one of the two 2011 LP 550-2 orange cars.
I suspect that you are going to have to be either incredibly patient or incredibly lucky, or both, to find a manual LP coupe. Unless you extend your search to pre-LP cars you'll probably have to accept whatever car becomes available with no choice as to colour, service history, mileage, 2 or 4 wheel drive, etc, etc. I don't think there any manual Superleggera LP 570-4s in the UK.
Wishing you good luck with the search.

I personally want a 560-4
'Coming soon' on Collecting Cars, a 2011 manual RHD Gallardo Performante Spyder.

No details posted yet but it's definitely a manual
That's surely super rare.
