Blue is my favourite colour but I'm just not convinced enough about it on a Lamborghini for some reason.

I can see the colour in isolation and really like it and when its on other normal cars but on a Lambo I just don't know.
Not many Lambos are blue so I guess I'm not alone

So here's the spec I've settled on.

I'll be doing a red trim interior with carbon bucket seats and maybe red centers.

Yeah I think red details will set it off nicely and be better than a blue interior as well

I'm getting a few ad personam interior bits which I was told will be a first on any HP and my dealer suggested making the exterior different and getting the Lamborghini badge on the rear painted in White similar to some Porsche cars like the GT3RS. Do you guys think it would be unique or corny? He also suggested painting the Performante on the door in red.

Ad personam is so you can put your personal touch on your car. I wouldn't be listening to a dealer or anyone else.

It's your money, your choice, so it's something only you can decide IMO.

Ad personum isn't the cheapest and you are lucky to get any of the value of the personalisation back on resale, if that's a factor.
Depending on what personalisation you are talking about I'm sure you can get it done s lot cheaper aftermarket.
I was going to have an Italian stripe painted over the bonnet and roof when I was thinking of having a white car but when I found out it was £20k I decided to can the idea and colour in favour of Rosso Mars
A decent bodyshop could of done the job as good as factory and for a fraction of the cost.

Its the same with all the MSO options on the McLaren 675LT's for example. Those heavily customised with "trinkets" don't sell for anymore than standard cars in reality. Only options I would consider in Mclarens case is carbon fibre wing louvres and/or roof scoop

A white Lambo badge sounds a bit 1980s. May make it harder to resell on in a year or two.

Having Lamborghini pained on the back is a nice touch that I wouldn't expect has been done before, an idea I like myself! In black not white though!

Painting 'Performante' on the door is around 1500GBP so I'd imagine it would be the same for Lamborghini on the rear.

I see Lamborghini Birmingham has a new orange demo car with a unique Ad Personam interior which I haven't seen before. Shame they don't offer or inform customers of what's really available.

Dooh not the dreaded "comfort" seats. Why oh why in a track biased car. Could be worse though it could be Verde Hydra with comfort seats !

I love the trim on the door, similar to the s-trim package you find on the AV S. The comfort seats also have matching trim which looks very nice. I mange to snap some pictures from a IG story they posted:

I'm heading to the factory next month to do the new "VIP tour" and right after to the Geneva show. My dealer booked me an appointment at the ad personam studio at the show. I'm not going to go wild or spend crazy amount of money on ad personam options but just trying to make my HP a bit different. .

I would have got that trim on the door cards if I'd known possible and also the thicker line of colour on the dash.

Shame, as Ad Personam declined two pretty basic things for my interior, one being orange seat belts!

I'm also going to the factory in a couple of weeks, but to see my car on the production line. I see they have a Urus in the Ad Personam room at the moment, so luckily I won't be missing much or having any regrets on my spec.

Hope you enjoy the experience.

I'll be doing the dash stripe and waiting for a quote for the doors. I think the extra colour makes the interior pop without going overboard and making it look tacky.

I know a few people who got denied on coloured seat beats. I suspect Lambo goes into the VAG parts bin and only has access to certain colours. Creating a one off seat belt in a certain colour would cost a lot of money because at the end of the day it's a major safety feature and would need all the proper testing. Shame really because I think the addition of more coloured seat belts in orange, blue and green would look sick.

Awesome! I was hoping to see my car on the production line but unfortunately my work schedule won't allow it so the next best thing was submit my order at the factory and attend Geneva. Enjoy your once in the life time experience!
