PHTV - Please... please stop...

...the sodding adverts.
Not one of us likes or wants to be forced to sit through a 30 second advert before watching a 20 second clip.
I watched one video, then clicked on another that looked fun, and had another 30 second ad rammed down my throat, I just closed the page and went to youtube.

The pre-roll ads on PHTV are paying for the investment in the tech, operational support and production of PHTV episodes, it took YouTube some time not to be loss making.
We will be putting in frequency capping and ads not showing in short-length videos as viewing figures grow so please bear with us.
We appreciate more videos are coming on stream and more views every day so hopefully we'll have some more news soon.

Thanks for the reply - yes I fully understand the reason they are there, I'm glad to hear that they will be "calmed down" a bit. I just don't want or need to see the same 30 second Dyson advert (or whatever) on EVERY 20 second video i want to watch.
Surely haymarket make enough from the car sales listings to run a small country?!

^^^ I'd be embarrassed if PH was my website yet the vast majority of the front page real estate was given over to a different company/brand advertising. Where's the identity? Something has gone very, very wrong when that seems acceptable to those responsible for making the editorial decisions.
