AdBlock Plus gets rid of it (once set to reject all, of course!)
Mine doesn't.

Did you have to input something to it?
I added "pistonheads.com##.qc-cmp-persistent-link" and it seems to have done the trick.

Adblock > Block Element
Worked a treat!

This is a joke. I checked the settings, tried to turn them off but the buttons don't work and the page goes unresponsive.

Oh by the way, I soldiered through the mobile, pita, didn't see a reject all option, right pita as people have said. Later on looked in, now using a tablet, all switched back on again. Presumably we are also going to have to check every so often in case new ones are added, seeing as the default setting seems to be on. Naughty nono

PH decline continues, with Haymarket seemingly intent on accelerating the trajectory...

Seriously, why buy it if you dislike it so much?

Amusingly, in a sod's law manner, if the bottom buttons are over the awful clickbait ads, they don't work. But the overlaid privacy button still does. hehe

Just had a look!

Gave up clicking off in the end, was barely quarter of the way.

Needs to be a turn off all option.

You mean like the big, green "Reject All" button at the top of the page?

What’s worse about this, you change the settings (all off for example) and check again and it’s preserved your settings, you then go on later in day and it’s reverted them all back to on!

Surely that would mean they are in breach of GDPR (i.e. ignoring users preferences)

This morning the reject / accept all buttons were definitely not coming up on my phone, Android Moto G3.

This afternoon they don't come up straight away, but if you sit there and don't touch anything, eveeeeeentually they appear at the top, but shoot out of sight as soon as you touch the screen. You can get them back but only by scrolling determinedly up to the top, and when it's got there, keep on scrolling and they eveeeeeentually appear again. It's almost as if someone wants you to not notice them and have difficulty figuring out how to do it and/ or give up as turning each one off individually is a real pita.

Again some keep turning back on or new ones appearing maybe, not sure.

Anyway it's like every other implementation of something new by this set of clowns, just terribly poor and seemingly not tested properly.

Don't know if it breaks any rules, but seems very dodgy. As an early poster stated, HM if you want us to feck off then disable our accounts and put this st show out of its misery.

Well, I've seen the same blue POS on a fair number of sites today - car sites and what is laughingly termed my local newspaper site...

The only one it went away on is the site that my ad-blocker is switched off for!

Coincidence, probably not scratchchin

But if my employers had such rubbish on our website, we'd justifiably be kicked from here to Christmas. getmecoat
