Stick my name into the hat please. I'd run it like I run the prediction thread.
It's the friendliest thread in the football section where there are zero fallouts and never any need to report anybody in the 5 years I've been doing it but where supporters of all the teams gather and post.

I spend enough time on here as it is, so thought of spending more time dealing with cats in a sack is a bit of a stretch.
One comment if I may from my own time as a mod but not here, is that it's difficult to participate in the to and fro and then step apart and say enough. Certainly imho it's important if you use the one posting name that you differentiate quite clearly whether posting with normal or mod hat on.
It's the same conflict if you're part of a team where everyone really gets on well, banter flying left and right, but then have to step up into boss mode.

I emailed Jack about my recent ban (from the prince andrew thread for posting a meme up!) and he mentioned my punishment was in line with the "ban matrix".
Maybe we would all be better off knowing what the ban matrix actually involved-especially as me an the OP didn't even know why we were banned? I actually thought I'd been banned as a mistake as it happens.
Jack mentioned I'd had previous offensive posts deleted over the years so this was the next step. What next though? Do I risk that humorous meme next time or am I going to get deleted?
