It's the only forum I know of that has a "browser compatibility checker" that's for sure.

Said checker also identified my browser as Chrome, which as I'm using Brave due to history PH madner, suits me fine.

If I run the checker in Edge it can't even get the version of Android right. Says it's 10, is actually 11.

I've no idea what a "browser compatibility checker" is but I do know that this has never been an issue in 20 years of posting. Currently using Chrome with Ghostery blocker also Iphone. I'm 'logged on' to PH all day every day. I regularly delete my browser history for the past 24 hours and even then I'm not prompted to log back in etc. I just don't get it.....which is nice wink

How come it's the only website in the world to do this on a device which handles every other website with no problem?

The good news is we finally have someone on the team who has managed to replicate it so we're debugging it this morning. I can't promise anything yet, but to me it feels like something has changed in the third-party code from our Consent Management Platform (Quantcast).

For now, clear cookies and local storage if you know how to do that on your device.

Appears to be limited to a handful of days, over a year ago, with active daily communication and resolution from the admin team? Hardly feels comparable to what we're talking about here?

I am using Firefox on a Windows 10 PC and the privacy popup is worse than ever, every single click. This is not happening on any other forum I use.

Well PH won't entertain trying to sort that as it's not a "supported browser"

Thanks for now trying to fix it, like they did.

Not for me - have to disable brave, then say disagree to the cookie prompt (for what seems the umpteenth time), then raise shields again. A work around, nothing else.

I think (he says quietly) that this may be fixed on Brave.

It doesn't work on ios 17.0.3. Still sticks after deleting and reloading Brave as well.

ETA it does work on ipad now.

Its broken again, every time I open a page I get the popup, I give up tbh for a site this size the popups and formatting issues should really be fixed by now.

It has never been fixed for me and the mods have their heads in the sand.
