I would have agreed with you normally but I don't - the financial / accounting and medical "advice" that he gives (based on ZERO experience/knowledge, like 99.99% of his prolific posting, no exaggeration) is seriously misleading and could create all sorts of problems to the average member who may think that Yipper has a semblance of sanity because he has seen the bird feeding thing amongst a sea of mythomaniac stuff

I'd be a bit upset if I read some of the things on here written about me, and I'm no snowflake/shrinking violet type.
You're also not suffering from a strange online delusional personality disorder.

To be honest Yipper isn't that bad. Most of his posts are on topic and perfectly sensible. just occasionally he pokes some of the wildlife on here with a stick as he knows he will get a reaction. Far from the worst culprit, some on here are clearly just trying to be dheads. Cough alorotom cough cough.

All this proves to me is that comedy truly is subjective.

As for taking medical advice from a stranger on t'net. Really?

The only thing I find strange about Yipper is that when someone calls him out on his posts he very rarely responds.

Correct, nowhere near, I think he’s fascinating. Seriously, with me it’s weird because I enjoy seeing how certain people with certain personalities act. Someone like Yipper reminds me of a few people I knew in school who were compulsive liars, they just couldn’t help it. Some would tell me lies that I know are lies but carry on. So imagine what would happen if you give a compulsive liar a platform on the internet.......*drum roll* ............. Yipper!

Nobody else just thinks he's an intentional creation by someone at PH?

He is a character, and forums need characters (as one element) to drive traffic & interest..not offensive/condescending or flagrantly un-PC, which normally constitutes a forum 'character'. By the nature he's exemplary in not getting anywhere close to any of those characteristics, my spidy senses are twitching :-)

Whilst I see your point, I honestly think he's just got serious issues. I think that's why he never ever responds when people call him out on his bullst (we're talking about someone who has apparently worked with Steve Jobs, dines with multi millionaires and feels qualified to offer an opinion on whether a Ferrari F50 is better than a Ferrari F40 FFS).

He's like a butterfly, flitting from subject to subject, an expert on every single one and with an anecdote to impress the hoi polloi.

Responding would mean having to acknowledge how he's actually perceived, it would prick his fantasy bubble of imagined popularity and adulation.

Does he ever reply when challenged? i've not taken a lot of notice of the prick tbh, but on a couple of things where he posted gash, he was outright challenged by people and never seemed to post again, just flitted off to another new thread to annoy someone new!

I wonder if he replies to a thread then simply puts it on ignore so he never sees it again?

Nah, you can tell by his posting style that he is very self-controlled.

So long as we have to suffer Welshbeef posting on PH, Yipper gets a free pass from me nothing wrong with Yipper I really don't get all the fuss.
