Confirmed on Android (well, OxygenOS).
You need to clear your cookies and site data. Unfortunately I accidentally cleared them for all sites rather than just PH.
(It's under settings -> Privacy in the default Chrome browser, btw)

Strange how the change can be forced upon us without a cookie deletion, but the reversal can't be forced upon us and we have to delete cookies...
It's not the cookies it's the cache. It will expire and clear of its own accord in due course or you can expedite by clearing it manually. It will be the CSS that is cached. miniman said:

It's not the cookies it's the cache. It will expire and clear of its own accord in due course or you can expedite by clearing it manually. It will be the CSS that is cached. The original changes were rolled out and probably didn't take effect until the cookies expired and refreshed. Likewise, you can do nothing and eventually the cookies will expire and be refreshed, and the latest changes will then take effect. Deleting your cache just speeds that process up.
