If you are emailed a reply to your posting if you are NOT logged in then it says 'Opps topic not found'


Try it.
get a reply to posting.
Clear cookies or logout both have the same problem.
Try email link.
Dead.
Log on.
Try email link.
Works.


Using: Outlook express + Firefox.

I think that is because it is in the Speed, Plod and the Law section - you have to be logged in to see that forum. When you're clicking on the link first time round you'll get sent to the log in page before you can see the topic.

Yes. You are right it does only fail when the message is posted from that section but it does NOT take me to the log in screen it just comes up with topic not found error.

noted. The system views it as a lack of a permission. I'll give it some thought.
