Forum - Other Marques - No Peugeot?

Just wondering why there is no Peugeot section.

Unless I'm blind and I haven't seen it?

Would be nice to have one. Quite a few members have Pugs, and they are just as worthy to be there as Volvo, Ford and Land Rover ;)

Any specific reason or just not much demand?

Yup, french cars would be fine. Just that I have a proper Peugeot, with big brakes and soft tyres, not a Chav mobile, and would like to be able to post about it with like minded Peugeot owners/enthusiasts at Pistonheads.

Right now there is simply no place to post such a thing without it being in the wrong place

So, not after a Pug specific place, I'd be happy with a generic French one...

But yes please, bad/delete posts referring to anything chavvy. Last thing we want is PH being that kind of place.

I liked Gazboys idea of French Frolics for example.

Afterall, most other hot hatches can come under an existing heading, like VW, Ford, Jap stuff, etc... no point in catering for lots of stuff, just under different names.

Opposed to popular belief, the French have made some damn fine cars. OK, they may be unreliable, or always made on a Friday afternoon, but when they are right they are bloody good!

Would be nice to talk about them in a specific forum... cough cough...
