Murcielago clutch does less miles than a set of tyres on my mother's Matiz.

Here we go again....

Around 15K miles a clutch. This is number 3 at 31K miles. E-Gear so not abused.

Mine had 5 clutch's with over 10,000 drivers @ 258,000 miles smileManual clutch's are certainly more durable than egear IMHO

It's a month away from being back in action again btw
Glad to hear it'll be back soon. I remember seeing it regularly at School Lane. :-) Must have been for all those clutches ! We did speak a few years ago when mine was snapping belts, and had a recurrent front pulley oil leak...

It's the sat in traffic and crawling with e-gear that doesn't help.

Was at the Huracan preview with Owen's yesterday.. nearly made the leap to a new V10...

Just out of interest how much is the clutch and labour setting you back?

Is it much more expensive than say changing a gallardo clutch?

Tony
Clutch kit with flywheel was £2450. The things having a birthday too. Tyre valves, and new rear panel to take reversing camera. Finally found oil leak from crack in oil tank., alternator cooling duct is perished, the list is getting bigger.

As it's e-gear, it's engine and box out. 20+ hours labour. Lot more involved than just pulling the trams on a Gallardo
