Ok need your help guys.

Can you post any links for any decent 540C / 570s / 570 Gt for sale .
Mileage not major factor as long as not stupid high. But can you tell mw what is considered high mileage so I don't put my foot in it please
Condition and history very important no accident repaired please
Any colour but NOT black please unless it is an exceptional car, nightmare to look after. Green or Blue ideally but will consider any colour
Location not an issue will travel
Budget anything up to £85K but must have Mclaren warranty or be able to get a Mclaren Warranty as part of deal
Ideally 2017 upwards ( mate pushing it but see a few cars at this age or newer at my price point or slightly lower )

Hit me with what you can find out there as work is so busy I am struggling to get time to look
No hurry but at the same time ready to go for the right car
You will be better with a super series car, a 12C spider is within your budget, will depreciate less? https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/202...

Question to the 570s owners past or present...

Have you tracked the car and how do they stack up when given a hard time ? I do about 5 to 7 trackdays a year and have read a few things that put me off like pre and post trackday inspection ?? Ceramics hold up, tyres ???
Cars come alive on the track as you'd expect. I'm sure all owners will agree, the more often/harder these cars are driven, the better they tend to be in terms of reliability etc. Pre and Post track inspections are a must with McLaren. Ceramics are great, they will last longer than you think. If i were you, and you were serious about track times etc, Giro Discs are iron and great on track, along with Raybestos racing pads. Much thicker than McLarens pads. Tyres you may get 2 track days out of them, depends on how many sessions you do, and how long each session is...

I thought the pre / post inspections were tied to the manufacture warranty. And I thought the terms of the extended warranty - whilst not exactly excluding track days - said something like : If we decided it broke as a result of a track day, we won't pay for it?

Only done one track day in mine and all was good , they really come into their own on track tbh. 2 trackdays to cook the tyres tho seems aggressive, I never really drive flat out all day maybe a few laps as fast as I can go but certainly not all the time...I didn't bother with the inspections either but seeing as I have a double at the Ring next month (hope it goes ahead!) I might have them done this time...whats the charge usually?

Enjoy the Ring. It is nuts. You need eyes in the back of your head.

Not my first rodeo round there otherwise I wouldn't be bringing the 570! Never done TF anyway as that can be a free for all trackdays much better option higher standard of driving and less traffic.

That is sweet. Never thought of a 12C Spyder.
Seems to be a few 570S & GT and 540C around £80K
Happy to wait till winter / year if I have to as work so busy no time to enjoy one even if I managed to get one

Going to have a look at these hopefully this weekend

Not sure I like the colour of either nor the Wheel design of the first one , but I do like them both otherwise so it would be good to see both together etc

Obviously it's personal taste, but volcano orange really does look absolutely stunning in the sunshine.

Yes apologies - my wording of 'is a must' was a matter of opinion, and not factual. You are correct with what you said.. my comment was just saying that in my opinion, pre and post track inspections are essential just for safety purposes and peace of mind for the owner. I feel if dealers lowered the price of the inspections then people would naturally do it every time, providing they have easy access to a dealer.

That white 570 has been there forever, I messaged about this a couple of months ago and the guy immediately (in his first response) offered it to me for £76k so bare that in mind if you decide that's the direction you want to go smile

Was the price always £90k for it? Thats a pretty huge discount of £14k off the bat. I wouldn't have the balls to offer that low if I walked into a dealership let alone expect a dealership just to whack that big a chunk of the asking price for me smile

Thanks yes it seems white is not the best colour and those wheels are not to mis taste . But could be a good car if the price is right. Are you sure it was £76K and not £86 as that is a big drop from the £90k asking price . ( personally I though £90k was a bit much for this)
Thanks for the heads up

It s possible as the same garage advertised a lovely duck egg blue 570GT for 79K not sure what it sold for
But yes £14K is a big drop but then £90K seems over priced for this car compared to others
