Which is the nicer car 570S or 570GT ?

I like the look of both but I prefer the S.
I wouldn't buy either however as I have a 12C.
I thought your 12C was a spider ? I have a 650S spider but I'm looking at a coupe in addition. I refuse to pay the huge premiums for 675LT and 458 Speciale currently so this is a stop gap car so I can keep the 650S spider just for sunny days but still have another useable supercarI wouldn't buy either however as I have a 12C.

I meant that I wouldn't go for a sports series car when I had a super series.
Badge snobbery. Brilliant. So when the 570 LT version comes out and it'll probably absolutely flatten the 12c dynamics wise you'd still be able to turn your nose up at a lowly owner of one because he's only a 'sports series' owner compared to you in a 'super series'..... S for me.
GT is also really nice but it's not different enough over the S.
It's not really any more practical than the S either.
Lotus tried similar with the new Europa. Supposed to be a more practical car for everyday use but was just as hard to get in and out of as an Elise and no bigger inside but didn't look or go as well as the Elise. It wasn't a great success.

There is a GT-S coming, not exactly sure when, or if it'll take the form of an option pack or a separate model (i'm guessing the former) but it'll be just as described. The S chassis in the GT body. So yes it will only be 99% as quick and won't handle as deftly as the S with the extra roof weight up high, but could well be the perfect car.

Mmmmm interesting. I'm in conversations with a dealer right now and that's not been mentioned even when I said I preferred a sportier GT model. Adding a track pack and titanium exhaust via MSO was discussed but not specifically a future GTS version.I will have to quiz them further but it might be that they want to sell me something now and not 12 months down the line.
Have you got it from a good source and any idea on ETA ? Too late for Geneva surely

But as I said, it may take the form of an 'S' option pack, not a new model. No idea on ETA though, sorry.
I'm quite liking the look of this at the moment :

If only it had the superlight diamond cuts wheels of this though :

I'm also warming to black in general as that swan wing thing down the side seems to blend in better.
Of the 2 cars what's others thoughts ?

I think the blue one is perfect. But has gone off Auto Trader so I assumed sold.
Also wheels are very easily fixed, in fact the easiest thing to change! Swap with someone on McLaren Talk or eBay them and buy the wheels you want.
Black is so boring, having seen many 570s on the launch the black and grey cars looked good, the blue, red and orange cars looked incredible.
