I've never been in a position to spec a Fez, but if I did, I am pretty sure I'd do what I did with the 996 and just have it plain vanilla with the bare minimum spec.
After all, enzo said you pay for the engine and the rest is thrown in!
Realisticly, if you're spending 200k, what's a couple more on some nice bits? After all, enzo said you pay for the engine and the rest is thrown in!

But to those of us who "do ok" but not "exceptionally" I think that there are two scearnios.
1. Spend 250k, get reamed in trade in, say 150k
2. Spend 200k, get less reamed on trade in, say 140k.

You can't not have Scuderia shields and yellow calipers, another £2k
Parking sensors make sense, and everyone wants Nav, £3k
Clearly you'd have to be daft to delve into the "out of range paint" options... hang on...
By the way, the stitched Cavalinho (and it's a pair don't forget!) is really nice, rip off but really nice!

I think the shields look really chavvy.Like wearing designer clothes with the label deliberately hanging out. Not cool at all.
It's the egregious and untramelled gouging that makes it all so unpleasant. There's not even a pretence that you're buying a unique accessory spun out of unicorn hair and fitted to your precise body shape. Nope, it's either some OEM component from Marelli / Bosch / Becker that is bought in bulk for $100, or it is actually Ferrari specific but has no possible justification of R+D amortisation (yes, stamped metal wing shields, I'm looking at you).

Cruise Control . . . seriously !
I wish cruise control had been an option on my Gallardo, and whoever bought it new had chose it. If you're only going to pose around Harrods then you likely don't need it... but if you're actually going to use the car its handy to have.
