BMW 330e ordered...
Discussion
I've got one on order, only very recently ordered though....
M Sport
Mineral Grey
Harmon Kardon
Red leather (wouldn't have gone for it but looked really stunning with mineral grey in show room)
Brushed aluminium/high gloss black
40/20/40 rear seats
19's look nice but just couldn't take the risk, as even sales were saying they make the ride harsh.
Why are people going for heated seats/steering wheel? If plugged in you can heat the car up using a phone app. Heating via seats etc will just drain battery surely ??
I thought it came with Media Proffesional as standard?

I was too late to change my order to HK so I'm stuck with Advanced but I have bought the Bavsound Stage One upgrade so hopefully that will make up for it!
Business Media is standard not Professional but that now includes Satnav which it didn't before... You get The Remote services as standard on the 330e which you don't on the standard Business setup.

In my i3 it's the heated seats that use less energy to the heater. Heated seats cost 0.5 mile of range but the heater can cost up to 10 miles in poor weather. Of course, the 330e will have engine heat to heat the cabin rather than pure electric.M Sport

I think you will be one of the very first. I ordered mine mid December, and had email from dealer this morning stating delivery on 23rd. Excited to say the least!! Ordered mine 25th Jan. Got no concrete date but an estimate of Week 25, which I believe is end of June.
330e M-Sport
Estoril Blue
Saddle Brown Leather
Alu Hex + Black
Pro Nav
Have to say the process and service is pretty terrible from BMW. For such an expensive product the fact there's no real tracking / progress anything is awful. All I have is an order number and basically a 'It'll come we promise' from the dealer.

I ordered mine on Thursday 25 Feb to beat the end of Feb drop in Government EV grants but am currently fighting BMW UK who apparently unilaterally dropped the contribution from £5K to £2.5K on 24 Feb without warning 'because they've run out of the pot allocated to them by the Government'.
The good news is that BMW confirmed a delivery date of May/June this morning, which surprised me, because our company car guy also said that BMW have closed the order book on 330es in 2016 from 04 March, which has left a whole load of people here hanging.
I'm coming out of a 520d Touring with a fuel card so the tax saving is no brainer; the combination of attractive lease costs, low BIK rates and the Government grant means I can spec it to the hilt and still save >£250/month in tax. Spec is:-
BMW 330e M Sport Saloon
Glacier Silver
Black Merino Leather - BMW Individual
Alu Hexagon Trim with black high gloss finish
19" M Double Spoke 442M Bicolour wheels
M Sport Plus Package (LEDs, Sun Protection Glass, Harman/Kardon, High Beam Assistant)
Professional Plus Media Package, incl. HUD
Interior Comfort Package (Heated front seats & steering wheel)
Heated rear seats
Active Cruise Control with Stop & Go
Reversing camera
Speed Limit Display
BMW Icon Adaptive LED Headlights
Comfort Access
Electric Glass Sunroof
Lumbar Support
The only drawback (for me) is that it doesn't come in a touring version (which I know wasn't the biggest boot in the world but it was a more practical shape for hauling all the family kit around) and the saloon boot is even smaller than normal because of the batteries.
Still, it's £251/month less going into the Government's coffers and I'll happily live with a smaller boot for that.

My saving is the same, around £250 a month! I'm buying a roof box with my first months saving and will attach it once in a blue moon when I need the extra space!
