asking prices on the AT for nissan en-v (van based on leaf) seem to start about half of new cost when they're a year or so old with hardly any miles on them. Vans tend to depreciate far less than cars in the early years as for most purchasers they're simply bits of equipment without the new-wowness so thats pretty big.

Makes me ponder the possibility of an en-v for the city plus a ICE estate car or small van for longer runs instead of 1 van.

Renault will have a huge load of backend money to write down the pcp Zoe's that come back in, what you see is not necessarily what rci will see.
You won't be able to v.t it unless you put in a rediculous deposit, just have to live with it for a bit then give it back.
