It's you.
Hth.

As a more complete answer: the average price of a company car is higher, so company car buyers have more budget to accommodate for EVs.

Fisker are meant to start supplying (or maybe start building?) the Ocean, to the UK, from November 2022. Being built in Austria. Prices from 35-60k

Think the EV6 GT edges it on aggressive looks but am liking the 'wide arch'

We have two cars -
1) convertible 4 seater (A5)
2) 4x4 with a flat boot floor (ie. no lip) and an almost vertical boot lid (Disco Sport)

Haven't seen an EV we can replace either of our cars with yet, looking forward to when we can!

I think the BMW iX has no lip for the boot. Butt ugly front end though.

I think we are still expecting the VW ID Space Vizzion concept to materialise as a production car soon (hopefully with a better name).

Should be another estate option and I guess pricing would come in below an electric A6.

This is likely what the ID7 is according to this article:

I have ordered an ID Buzz, will be speccing it in a few weeks, it will be the first foray into EV land so we'll see how it goes, looking forward to having a van based car again, just to be able to chuck bikes and everything into it.

I would love a Taycan, but being a lowly employee with no EV salary sacrifice scheme its too expensive. And I have come to the conclusion that fast family cars are bloody pointless.

Have you checked out the Mercedes EQB? Proportionally I believe it's very similar to the Disco Sport and is a 7 Seater with 4wd.

Ours arrived today and I'll be updating my thread with my thoughts as we go along.

I expect the forthcoming Smart will be worth a look when it arrives.

Macan EV

Unlikely to look that different from the current model, and unlike other models here - will probably be a little conventional. But looking to see how it drives and what the incremental improvements over the Taycan is. Second gen VAG EV platform for premium products - could be good?

The bmw iX has a rather small boot though at 500 litres (esp for the size of the car) - prob way smaller than disco sport, and boot lid not vertical.

Or the MeganE

A couple of not too huge cars at last.

I was tempted to wait for this one, got a Macan and it’s an excellent car, if only the majority of their owners knew how can you really hustle one down a B Road. The Macan will be interesting price wise too you can get a base model for £50k still, and I dare say the EV version will start at £70k

While 20k seems like a lot to offset, considering porsche maintenance and service, possible government incentives and not to mention residuals, 40% premium for the EV version seems like a steal.

No mention of the estate yet, but sketches from VW themselves of the ID Aero B due next year. Could be interesting.

Yup, the Macan EV and the Cayman EV are pretty high on the watch list.

Polestar 3 might be interesting.
