Ford Mustang Mach-E
Discussion
Looks very promising, but can I be the first to make the inevitable "ruined by massive iPAD stuck on the dash" comment?!
It might (just about) work in a Tesla, but for some reason Polestar, and now Ford, seem to think that imitation is
the sincerest form of flattery...
Having said that, if Ford can get this out before the Model Y, they might steal some of Tesla's thunder next year!

It does make the interior look very modern/futuristic though. There's a guy on here who went with the Model X over the I-Pace because (his kids) it felt so much more futuristic, i.e it didn't feel like a normal car inside. It might (just about) work in a Tesla, but for some reason Polestar, and now Ford, seem to think that imitation is

What do you mean no charging network? Surely it'll have CCS charging.
Yup, plus the Ionity network which Ford and a few other minor players (MB, BMW, VAG etc etc) are joint shareholders in.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IONITY

Thankfully Polestar have entirely avoided Teslaitis. Full instrument and nav panel in driver eye line, physical switchgear plus voice control for key operations, and portrait orientation for Android system touchscreen. It does but it's not like you can drive it across the USA worry free like you can with a Tesla. You get a charging network which is a mess with limited stations.
There are fewer individual chargers, but they are more widespread. There are three times as many CCS locations as Supercharger locations in the US, and seventeen times as many in in Europe! They have struggled getting rid of the front radiator grille haven't they, it looks somewhat prolapsed.
The Mustang things are a mistake.
Mach E would have been fine and they should have made it complexly differently looking.
The specs from what I can see seem to be on point for the driving side. I think it might be a grower. Who knows though ...
