BMW i8 insurance rant - who actually garages cars these day?

The twonks at the BMW dealer said, and I quote, "We've got some great insurance products that should be [insert words that removed my concerns about the insurance on such a complicated car].

The official BMW Insurance insisted on the car being garaged overnight in a suitable locked garage. Plus a tracker and the usual stuff.

Who actually garages their car everynight?

^^^ this. And the i8 is six and a half feet wide with gull-wing doors so I need a wide (prob double) and high garage just to fit it in. Besides, my garage is full of stuff that I really can't leave outside all year round... tools, camping stuff and a Ducati.
