Just happened to spot this on the Porsche site but looks like the car a lot of people have been asking for? Removes all of the off-road bits and offers a more sporting setup/configuration as standard than the Cross Turismo model.

Off to have a play in the configurator. smile

Cheers.

Rarely visit the PH home page, as I expect many here don't, so thought it worth a thread in the EV section.

ETA - Just had a quick read of the GG thread and as expected it's the usual uninformed ramblings from a bunch of posters with no experience or knowledge of the subject.

That is one ugly mofo of a car. Looks so long! The 4 door is way better looking imho. Placed an order for the 4 door GTS.
Personal thing but always preferred the estate/touring versions over the saloons, especially with there being no difference in price and a lot of added practicality.

The picture above doesn't do it justice. Looks much better with the RS Spyder wheels in the metal.

The rest of the Sport Turismo range went on sale yesterday, now you can spec the whole range from 2 to Turbo as a wagon.
All the way to Turbo S in fact.

That's got to stick in the teeth of a few people who ordered the Cross Turismo despite not being keen on the ride height and additional bodywork. Have to wonder why the ST didn't come first?

Good question. I would be one of those.
VAG often have very good marketing reasons to do so, makes you wonder indeed.
I would suspect it was done to keep saloon sales at a reasonable level? Had they released the ST straight after the saloon at the same price it would have finished it I'd have thought. I expect the same with the Model 3/Y despite the Y being 10% more expensive.

After seeing this photo of the Macan EV, I put an early deposit down for one:
Would make sense, if they're anything like the Taycan they'll be selling for over list for quite some period post launch. Looked on the Porsche approved site the other day and they had a 2 year old, 30k Taycan 4S up for it's original list price including the options. Bonkers.
