I have to admit I'm missing Audi. LMP1 feels a bit empty
That's because it is a bit empty.
Next year it will be busier!
You reckon?
Really enjoying the race but I do wonder if LMP2 will be the premier class next year.

With Perrinn and Ginetta joining LMP1 next year that will be a healthy grid.

With the rumours about Porsche leaving though, it means the Lmp1 field would be primarily privateers. Not sure what the chassis on offer will be like, or how it compares to the Lmp2 but can't see there being as much of a gap in lap times as currently seen.

I can see the Ginetta being there - LNT is a serious racer - but the Perrin thing I doubt.

the eurosport coverage has adverts...but the eurosport extra live 3 has continuous feed, no adverts and no commentery, just the sound from each camera. Combine this with Radio LM and its perfect

Toyota again! Seemingly running so fast with a flat and it's related damage has seemingly put the nail in his own coffin....?

They got the 8 back out, but it's 30 laps down.... Still, stranger things have happened.

LMP2 is only a single Porsche away from being the premier class *this* year. Interesting times.

Very sad for Toyota though- if they placed a bet on a double-headed coin, it'd land balancing on its edge...
