Oh, and we have a 6 seater Aztec flying down on Friday morning.

Camping at Beausejour at the moment, although we're seeing if we can get anything anywhere else at present to get closer to the action.

We are taking:

01 Boxster 2.7 - Efficient
90 Mustang GT - Thirsty
91 Mustang GT - Ridiculous!

We will be in Parking Bleu as usual, the Porsche and one Mustang are red, my Mustang is black, not sure about the Nissan. If you spot us come over and have a beer.

I'm a newbie on this forum, but I came here several times, just to read some of your posts...

My husband and I (yeah I'm a girl ) will go to Le Mans this year and it would be great to meet some of you there, or on the way to Le Mans (we're from Paris and we plan to be there on friday evening).
We've got a Porsche 911 SC (a little bit modified, with a 3.4L and 300hp engine ), and we're both very big Porsche fans !

I'm very anxious to be there ! I'm missed the event last year because of a go-kart race the same week end
I really love Le Mans, it's my favourite track in the whole world !

Anyone ok to meet us during the event ? We'll try to bring as much beer as the 911 can !

I've been reading some topics concerning camping tickets and it seems to be hard to get some tickets one month before the event...
I had a look at the lemans.org website this morning, they say there's still free place in technopark and beausejour campings, but I couldn't find how to buy tickets on the website, you can only buy tickets for the race !
Where did you guys book your camping tickets ?
Does anyone have any spare to sell ?

Friday morning at portsmouth ferry looks a good place to be!

Will be in red Ultima spyder. 15 Ultimas expected at Lemans this year.Thats 95 ltrs, and around 7,000 BHP in total so should sound good!

I think if it was you, you went down with your dad. Last year I was in a silver Tuscan, think we spoke stuck in traffic on the sat morning back from the pool.
This year i'll be in the T350C (blue).

I was demoted from my Marcos Mantula, cos it ain't going to be ready in time, to my everyday Fiat Uno.
I've taken a slight step up now, and this year, I shall mostly be attending Le Mans in a diesel Mondeo.
But hey, at least I'm still going!

Just read what is on the Friday ferry, typical this year I am on the Thursday Fastcat out of Portsmouth, taking a Griff 500, no-one to travel down with as such, but no doubt will hook up with someone, camping in Maison Blanche.

Serious question for those in the know though, the fast cat is currently out of service and has been for at least a week due to mechanical problems . Anyone else worried it may be not working when we need it most
