Toyota have spent long sections of the race going hard, their only rival is relibility. car 8 putting in a great stint over night to take the to win really was impressive
Fixed that for you mate is this you?
oh - if #7 was coating, would it have been 1/2 on the grass at terte rouge and then spinning a few laps later? Or was that also something magically conjured up by the engineers to allow Alonso to win, too?

I dont see why they have introduced these limits, I thought they were trying to promote the use of Hybrids not try to make them equal with conventional ICE. Put them in a different clas i.e LMP1H
The conspiracy theory is to allow Toyota an easier ride, the official line is to try and equalise performance between the factory hybrid dollar show and the more cost effective privateer non hybrid. The ACO were backed into a corner and this is the solution. Like it or not, it's here for this season and next.timrud said:

They really haven't. The car is dog slow if they coast as they can't charge the Hybrid sufficiently.timrud said:

Why do people post rubbish like this. Either incredibly ignorant or fishing for a reaction.
Which ever it is, why are you watching?

Completely agree. How people can call this a 'race' is anyone's guess....?
This year has unfortunately been a farcical joke!

Great to see the two TVR Rebellion cars in P3 and P4 overall too.
Ok, they are TVRs in branding only, but it is still great to see the TVR logo.
The last was 2004, and I thought it was the start of a new era. Then almost at once, Wheeler sold up and - well it was certainly the start of something.Ok, they are TVRs in branding only, but it is still great to see the TVR logo.
