Stickers and New Paintwork??

Good or bad??

I am having a new rear bumper fitted to my car next week, is it advisable to avoid sticking stickers on it?

May have to cut the stripes short or come up with an alternative design.....

Sounds like a good idea!!! I was thinking also maybe not sticking the whole lot i.e. just stick the edges.... I guess the vasoline(sp) will stop it sticking anyway, will this method also work if applying the stickers wet or would that eliminate the need for soapy water???
