Thoughts on this 3008? Seems like a steal!
Interesting, these 3008 deals looks good I prob prefer the Hybrid Premium+ as the diesel looks too slow.

Will ring tomorrow, hopefully price is correct. Would only want for 2 years at 6k miles. 1 + 23 coming out at 266.57.

I got a Honda Eny1 last week @ 179 per month but need something for distances so if available this as the my car and wife will take Honda. Nice to have new cars but both so boring but cheap I guess. I have some motorbikes to shake me up if too bored.

Nothing, it's just why they are cheaper.
And the manufacturer's warranty will run out before a 36 month lease is up. Takes away part of the reason for having a lease for many.

Mmmmm, GT version too.

These prices can't be right?
It basically the same car as the Vauxhall Grandland which they are also doing good deals on.
So assume they have a fair few to shift.

I don't suppose anyone knows if any of the Ford Ranger deals from a few weeks ago are still about?

Around £250/month with £2.2k down if I remember correctly. I've had a look online but can't find anything.

I believe Vauxhalls have become variants of Peugeots rather than the other way around if that makes it better.

First post here!

Keen to thank you all for your inputs and sharing of deals ??

Hoping this post helps someone.

I've just secured one of the Jeep Compass deals:
£294pm | 1+11 | blue Shade | 8k miles | (10ppm for excess mileage) | No charge cable

As of 11:30 there were 2 left:

£309.60pm | 1+11 | blue or black | 8k miles | 10ppm for excess mileage.

The extra cost is for the charge cable which I believe comes with these cars a package.

My understanding is that they have to be registered by the end of the day, so be swift.

Speak to Nick or Oli at the Read Motor group in Derby.

Out of interest. Did you approach them with the deals linked off here and see if they'd match?

As someone who is now looking for a lease, curious whether people just buy from the links. Or print off a deal and try their luck in the local dealers?

They run the same gearboxes and engines etc. as Peugeot now, so more efficient and reliable than they were.
I recently drove a new 508 and it was fine, no issues at all.

A4 Avant 40 TFSI with technology pack arrived today on the back of a BCA transporter

Did the deal a few weeks ago through Sytner/Slough Audi after seeing on Leaseloco- can't fault them really.

Great car for the money - 3+23, 10k miles, £422 - similar deals may have got slightly cheaper after I signed the papers

Looks nice - and a lot of car for the money with a sensible sized upfront payment and decent mileage allowance instead of the 12 months upfront 5k miles 'deals'.

Nothing, it's just why they are cheaper.
They’re sometimes old stock. Maybe the model year has been superseded. Generally it is because the dealer needs to hit a sale number (pre reg counts as a sale as the dealer is purchasing it and registering it in their name) or if the manufacturer no longer wishes units of that model to be sold as new so the dealer has to pre-reg to avoid that issue.

The A4 is a nice car (I’ve had 2 of the current gen) but £11k for 2 years in a 2 wheel drive 4 cylinder model seems insane. Am I getting the maths wrong on this?

it is a relative bargain at todays prices, the equivalent BMW 3 Series Touring is £10k more for the same term.

I’ve got a 24 hour test drive of a Lexus RZ tomorrow as I too am seriously considering one. Will provide my feedback on Monday….
Keen to hear if they have this elusive update to help the range a little.
Well, I had the 24 hour test drive of the Lexus RZ 450E, it was a Premium model so not as great a specification as the Takumi model which would be my choice. This car did not have the software update to increase the range, but on speaking to the salesman he mentioned it adds around 20-30miles to the real world range.

Pro's of the car, nice interior with the Premium model having the Faux leather. All touch points very nice, although the rear armrest not having the cupholders covered or any storage space within it was a bit of a surprise. My brother has a 2022 Lexus RX450H and it definitely feels of a higher quality due to real leather on the seats etc.

The drive of the RZ is great, very quiet and smooth with progressive braking. The fact that you can adjust the re-gen braking with steering wheel paddles is great. Ride quality is great, very supple and controlled with very little body roll. The acceleration off the line is impressive, It doesn't snap your head back, although some tests put the 0-60MPH as only 4.8 seconds. The interior is very spacious especially in the rear and it has a 500+ cubic foot boot as well as load space under the boot floor for the charging cables etc. Interior storage is good although it is strange not having a glovebox on the car due to the radiant heaters in the Premium+ models up, for driver and front seat passenger in the under dashboard area.

The amount of safety kit on board is impressive, although there are constant sound alerts for speed, distance to car in front and other collision avoidance measures. You can mute some of these via the infotainment system, but as it was a demonstrator model I thought it best to leave them all on. The infotainment system is excellent, very clear, intuitive, and it is good having physical controls for the cabin temperature and volume controls.

I drove it in both urban and motorway settings and I averaged 2.9 KWH. This gives it an indicated range of around 207 miles in my estimation, and having covered around 80 miles in the 24 hours I had it, I don't think the range would cause me any anxiety and is the only downside in my opinion.

The cabin ambience at night is good with some great lighting features on the doors etc.

I personally think the Premium model is nothing special due to the black plastic wheel arch extensions and other exterior trim. The Premium+ and Takumi models are worth the extra money in my opinion.

I know the lease deals seem attractive, but I can get a Takumi Bi-Tone model with protection pack (£355), illuminated door sills (£345), and home charger (£1310) via a salary sacrifice on a 2 year, 10K Miles per annum for £831.00 gross, or £520.00 net, which includes insurance, maintenance, tyres etc.

It is the most value for money that I can see on my firms salary sacrifice scheme (via LeasePlan) and all things considered I'm probably going to place an order after the Easter break.
