Decent deal it may be, but the car is gopping
Agreed. If it was £200 a month and £0 deposit I’d still say no thanks. Chase the car not the deal ;-)

Seems like the M2s are on offer!
I have posted about contract cars before as we currently have a lease with them (Mercedes finance).
Yes, their broker fee is pricey, but they are genuine and get you a deal done!
Here is an M2 deal had sent to me:

Nice, have filled in the form for a quote. Anybody know delivery timescales these days?

Would love one of those but it would just get stolen within a couple of months.

Not worth the hassle.

I've seen couple of them in a flesh and I wouldn't want one for free.

I'm not a fan of new M2 looks, but I would rather pay for this and enjoy driving it.

Probably being silly but why does it say 6k miles and then at the bottom the cheapest deal is 10k miles?

Seems like a misprice no?

I rang about the BMW X7 deal, they seem legit. They sent me an email with the proper pricing, not the weird headline deal then some other prices under like you see here.

I think it's because their website is a bit crap. It seems they can only display 10,000 mile deals in the profiles section, so have to mention lower mileage deals in the text description above. They do that on quite a few offers.

Who was the founder for X7, I wonder if it's the same finance company for M2. I sent enquiry.

Did you get info what they need for finance approval? VWFS needed only credit check, Zen auto wanted my payslip. I'm currently "unemployed", so would prefer simple credit check.

I've enquired about it, although I have to re-mortgage in 8 months so not sure it's a good idea laugh

Just realised how good a lease deal is over buying a decent car . First of all it’s a complete fking pain in the arse to try and sell a car and I think my blood pressure increases every time I have to deal with a complete idiot of a buyer.

Just yesterday a complete spanner offered me a Cat S Mitsubishi outlander as a straight swap for my BMW and then got all arsey about it when I said no.

Then there’s the numerous issues with maintenance, having a new car is just so much less time consuming then spending every few months buying parts at Euro or the local stealer when you do high mileage

In the future I will either be shedding (plenty of cheap gems under £2k) , leasing decent metal or getting a car on a good PCP deal. 4 months in and I still haven’t sold my car, facing having to take a bath on it or take a silly offer , regret going PHEV and doing high mileage as it seems the car is very undesirable (2017 330e with full BMWSH)

Take the hit and move on, life is to short

And I agree with your sentiments, it’s why I tend to only buy more reliable makes and won’t touch a Land Rover.

If I can get a Toyota or Lexus even for a bit more I will go with one of them - a company that stands by its products, after than Honda, Hyundai, Kia , MG or Suzuki.

Just spoke to the broker on the phone about this and been given the following:

£452/month inc VAT, 9+23, 6k PA.

There is a £900 broker/admin fee though which is fairly high. I'm tempted...

Agreed, their emails usually for basic 5/6k miles. Their website the more realistic 10k miles, which is usually what we go for anyhow and then of course you can contact them for alternatives.

We have used them twice after also being recommended by a friend who always uses them. We have our current Mercedes A220d through them, but provided by Mercedes financial services.
Also our previous BMW, although that is in a business lease via our LTD company.

As previously mentioned, I know they have a high broker fee, but they are super proactive and don’t seem to fob you off or leave you having to constantly chase like others do and this is a cracking price for an M2.

Founder is BMW Finance. Application looks fairly detailed, asking for current employer, previous employer and other stuff.

I have an issue with external look of the car, so thinking about it. I hate black, but it's the only colour hiding those huge rectangulars in bumpers and blending with diffuser, so it doesn't look like they forgot to add lower part of the rear bumber.

I've never heard of a broker charging a documentation fee or such a big broker fee.
Wonder if dealers can match this?

I just sent email to two dealers from Berry group asking if they can provide the same offer, since it's BMW Finance. Don't have other fleet BMW contacts. I guess, I could try Milton Keynes, who delivered my Z4 from Zen.

Thanks, I'd be interested to know.
