To the person who recently posted the deal for the Suzuki Swift...I hate you lol
My Polo GTI lease is coming to an end after 7 years (is this a record??), I was going to get another one but common sense prevailed as I only do 5k miles a year and I went for the cheapest car available, thus ending up with the Swift.
Took one for a test drive and oh boy what a difference!! And to cap it all it's bright orange!!
Needs must....

From your post count, I’m not expecting too much, but if you don’t mind expanding…

Coming from a Polo GTI to a 1.2L swift is quite a difference in performance, although tbf the Swift was a lot better than I expected on the test drive. From your post count, I’m not expecting too much, but if you don’t mind expanding…
I kept extending the lease by 6 months/1 year each time, Arval were quite happy to do this although they've drawn the line at another extention!!
Didn't need to worry about the warranty as it is fully maintained at £154 per month.
Gonna miss it when it's gone, great little car, never put a foot wrong.

I thought the maintenance doesn't include the actual warranty, i.e. when there's some structural issues. Surely that warranty/s gone after 3 years.I kept extending the lease by 6 months/1 year each time, Arval were quite happy to do this although they've drawn the line at another extention!!

Good deal, but I have just put in for an Audi A4 40 TFSI Saloon S-Line S-Tronic. £3,600 deposit and x23 monthly payments of £245.99 based on 8k annual mileage. Waiting to hear back.
Looks a good deal that.I've got an A4 40 TFSI Black Edition going back at the end of the year so i'm starting to look around for offers.
Do you know the delivery time of the deal you posted?

12-14 weeks - end of August/beginning of September. I went for Daytona Grey colour. I think it might be possible to get one quicker in the Chronos Grey or Glacier White colour.I've got an A4 40 TFSI Black Edition going back at the end of the year so i'm starting to look around for offers.

I'd like to change car now but Arnold Clark will charge 50% of the remaining payments if i hand it back early.

I am leasing direct with Audi Financial Services and the lease is due to finish end of November. Audi told me I could hand it back without any early termination fees back in February. This has since changed, but they have agreed to honour my previous arrangement. Current A4 will be going back when I get a delivery date for new one. To the poster above with the Polo GTi deal. We're in a very similar situation that we've had our Fiat 500 for almost 7 years!
It's due to go back in July and we're with Arval too but through G2L. We kept extending as it was such a good deal at the time!
We got it originally on a 4 year deal 5k miles, 110pm with a 1k deposit. (maintained too).
We've been told we can't extend further so we asked for a purchase price - £6200 !!
So, we've decided to go for the Swift deal at £111 pm with a £1333 deposit.
In this climate, it's a no-brainer!

Got a letter from VWFS last week saying that following a recent audit it appears that I was over charged by £600 and that they owe me £875 (including interest). Delighted!

Mine is leased through Arnold Clark. I spoke to them a couple of weeks back and they said there would be a 50% charge
