On the A6 forum some one has said lex autolease made a mistake with the pricing and pulling all the orders for the A6 BE deals.

I haven’t contacted my broker GB leasing yet to question whether this is true or not.

Any one else heard anything
I've just emailed them... i'll let you know when i hear back
Just called GB leasing admin - admin wouldnt tell me and said i have to speak to the sales guy. His line was busy - am awaiting a call back...

They can't place any orders on the LEX system for these cars.. they don't know why yet but are awaiting an answer..... my guess is deal pulled due to volume and no new orders going on... that's my guess!

Nope.. the fee is for vehicle sourcing... if they don't source the vehicle there is no fee... they haven't fulfilled their contract.

Just got a call back from GB Leasing essentially saying they don’t know the current outcome and what’s happening with orders

My guy said they received the email from Lex last night to pull the orders however they have not had clarification on the exact details etc and if which ones will go through etc.

there is chance that current orders will go through as allegedly 350 of these cars have been ordered on the ‘deal’ we had a few days ago so if Lex pull the funding then Audi GB HQ are also likely to have an issue.

It’s really a case of watch this space…

Very annoying at this time of year and if it does get pulled then shame on Lex

Just spoke to the sales manager (Dave) and it's all being reviewed by Lex. He didn't give too many details, but said they would have it sorted by the end of the week, quite frustrating. All fees would have to be refunded so I wouldn't stress about that. I have that in writing as well.

I would want the DSG which is going to hike it up. I am not too bothered about the colour to be honest as the price is good enough. Its just that darn volvo that keeps me holding off the order. This is the quote I have received at the moment (prices plus vat and rebate is at the end which has already been factored in)
SKODA KAROQ ESTATE [2017] 1.5 TSI SE Technology 5dr DSG
9 * 23 £137.00 8K Energy Blue £422.24 Rebate
Wheres the karoq deal from? were looking for one and the price youve quoted i'd order one right now.
your calculatios right? ive got 9+23 @137 to work out at 4521 or 188 armortised, seems to cheap!!

Have they "pulled the deal" or are they "cancelling all orders" though? Quite a difference

The prices in that quote are plus vat!

Anyway, cheapest I have found for the karoq and the one that works for me is as follows with all prices inclusive of vat.

1.5tsi DSG
8kpa 7.2ppm excess
24 month
se tech in blue (standard colour)

Deposit is £2,297.83 followed by dealer rebate of £506 (you pay the 2297.83 and they refund you 506 before the car comes.)
Monthlies are £150
I make that £5241.83 after the rebate which is equivalent to £218.41 amortised.

If anyone can beat it let me know but head wins this time and I will put in an order for this rather than the Volvo XC60.

Forgot to add that lead times are 14/16 weeks which is fine by me as I need a car for June.

Its through Lancaster / Jardine group with no fees. I have asked my contact if he doesn't mind sharing details and will post once he confirms.

URGENT – AUDI A6 ORDERS

It has come to our attention today that a large number of orders on the recent Audi A6 promotion are in error status with the finance provider (Lex Autolease). It has now come to light that they have a discrepancy on the pricing by miss-calculating the residual value (resale price of the vehicle at end of contract) on all Audi A6 products on the Lex quoting system.

Lex have issued a statement that only customers that have returned all finance documentation (signed Lex contracts, not Central signed order form) and have had these counter signed by LEX will be honoured at this stage as (Lex status ‘Agreement OK’) . UNFORTUNALEY, your order did not reach this stage.

LEX Autolease have admitted fault and all responsibility for this error and have asked us to pass there apologies for any inconveniences this may cause you the customer as well as ourselves.

Please rest assured that we are obviously working closely with LEX Autolease, Our Suppliers & the Manufacture to try and resolve this and will keep you updated on our progress throughout.

For complete clarity please see below statement from Lex we have received:

‘Dear Associate,

We have identified an error in our quotation system which affects Audi A6 derivatives. The discrepancy is significant and as such we will not be able to honour any orders that have not progressed to the point of our own counter signature. These will be indicated as those where the status is identified as ‘agreement ok’ on the quotation system. We have identified these vehicles up to the close of play yesterday (the 18th December) when the product was made unquotable.

Despite the many thousands of vehicles we transact errors of this nature are extremely rare but are equally mindful that this will cause inconvenience to you and to your customers. We offer our sincere apologies for this and will of course work with you to try and find suitable alternatives for these customers.’

Please also accept our sincere apologies at this stage but this is out of our control. Any monies that have been transacted between you the ‘customer’ and ‘Central’ will be refunded should we not get a resolve to this situation.

Your patience on this matter will be much appreciated.

Based on that I would say most orders will be cancelled -

How many had signed finance forms ? Maybe some on the earlier SE deals but on the later ones especially the blackline deals I do t think many have..

Not sure if the deal will still be available but I got a 6+23 at 10k miles including metallic paint for £264.01 inc VAT a couple of weeks ago, give Joel.Macarthur@robinsonsvolkswagen.co.uk an e-mail to see if he can still repeat it, he did for some other forum go'ers.
Thanks, I've emailed.

Edit - he got back to me - 3+23 8k £300.54 black or grey.

£7814.04 that's £157.75 difference. That's close enough for me....
