IMO if it was only deals that were posted and not discussion about those deals and other loosely related topics then the thread would be boring (particularly if there are no new good deals for a few days) and would probably end up dying and being replaced by one like this.

Ah, so you want to easily pop in to check lease deals without contributing anything, gotcha. Let everyone else do the hard work for you....

I'm out. I've posted quite a few deals that other PHers appear to have gone for.... yeah won't bother again. Find your own deals.

Have you posted any lease deals? Like, ever?
No. That, however is irrelevant to my and DSLiverpool's point.

All I have suggested is to ask if there was a parallel lease thread running where we could ask non-deal questions.

Is that too much to understand for you?

No, you've obviously not understood what was going on. Perhaps you could read it over again.

So you're out because of your misunderstanding?

Reflect.
No need to reflect.
I am aware of the parallel thread. I'm also aware that people frequently pop in to this thread to complain about chat and it always seems to be people who never contribute anything to it.
Maybe you could contribute by scrolling through this thread and copying all the deals to a deal only thread?

Hi guys, been offers the new Tiguan Rline DSG 4MOTION, 2.0 TDI, 150.
£259.99 +VAT on a 1/23 from main dealer does this seem the best out there at the min?

On a 1+23 that looks competitive with the best deals I've seen for that spec.... depending on mileage limit.

I've seen 3+23 deals for about £315 inc VAT.

Mileage is just 5k per year, but guessing it's 7.2ppm over.

Agree - the previous model Match (but otherwise same spec) was hovering around £300/mth at its low point so that deal looks good.

Very close to the CVL deal that i signed up for yesterday. Works out about £60 cheaper total over the two year term

but yes cheapest I have seen - which dealer out of interest as my local one couldn't even get within £150 per mth!

Initial payment is big. Total cost: £13743 over 2 years, ~£573/month

Lowest monthly deal on CHL I can see is about £467 a month over 36 months on a 6+35. Total: £19180, ~£533/month

So it seems competitive with the best deals about. You'd just need to decide on what's most important - upfront cost, monthly price, term.

Is your's 4Motion? The one on CVL's list with the base monthly of £215.99/mth (inc VAT) isn't 4Motion (at least it doesn't say it is).

Website says: Offer ends July 2016. Seems like reasonable price but no info about miles included, excess miles at 20p/mile.

The page I'm looking at says offer ends 30 September 2016? Although agree it doesn't give any visibility of mileage.

http://palmerscars.co.uk/alfa-romeo-hemel/new/alfa...

Edit: we're both right.

It says Sept under the finance example, and then July further down the page....
