I was all over this XC60 until I realised everything is extra!

Heated seats - you need the winter pack £525
Metallic Paint - £625
Powered Tailgate - £400
Parking sensors - £500+
Electric Seats - £1000

Would add too much to make it worthwhile on a lease I feel.

Oh well, back to waiting for Golf GTi deals smile

Phil
Ask them to change it to the Lux Nav spec as this has a lot of that as standard and see how the price compares?

SE Nav roll out version had a few extras included (leather seats, rear sensor, power tailgate etc).

Winter pack was really all you needed to add for warm buns on a frosty morning.

Only get the analogue dials - no fancy LCD Virtual cockpit style dash - but they look very nice.

Problem is - all build slots for the old XC60 were booked out several weeks ago, so you won't be able to specify your own requirements - just hope that there is a vehicle available that's pretty close and not in puce or mint green.

These are getting very thin on the ground now. I was in Johnsons Volvo a couple of weeks ago and 2/3rds of their sales board was made up of old model XC60s which have been sold on "deals".

On a plus side - the new 190 4-pot D4 is a lovely beastie and pretty frugal for a big car.

Marshalls still had a few when I asked a couple of weeks ago. Obsidian grey with light interior with winter pack if I recall.

just stay tuned. All brokers are as bad as each other, more or less. It's the non-financial cost of getting a cheap deal, unfortunately.

Hotukdeals posting has a Jaguar XE R Sport £299 1+23 @Stratstone. 5k allowance. PCH comments on that thread hilarious as ever. Reasonable deal I'd have thought although excessive miles @12p over allowance.

That's a proper bargain - why on earth is it currently at -15 heat on HUKD? confused

N.B. as noted in the HUKD thread, "Driver Pack" adds loads of stuff for an extra £20/month (£319, 1+23):

• Metallic paint – worth £650
• Privacy glass - worth £370
• Cold climate pack (heated front windscreen, heated washer jets, heated steering wheel) – worth £435
• Parking pack (front parking aid, reverse park camera) – worth £530

Been following for a while but first post. Looking for a decent deal on an Ateca / Sportage / Tuscan or similar with a 3 month initial payment.

Missed out on the previous ateca deals a couple of months ago, need to get one sorted for Aug/Sep time and time is marching on.

Anyone aware of any deals? Thanks.

Thanks.
Quite a range with that last one in there biggrin
Have a look on contracthireandleasing.com for a start, mainly brokers on here.
Then whatcar.com will give you some dealer deals.
Google best xxxxxx lease deals and see if anything catches your eye.
Subscribe to a few email shots from brokers who come towards the top of the google listing. These mail shots tend to be where the best deals get announced first.
Speak to known dealers for that make e.g. Horton and Simpsons for SEAT and Skoda - if it's a Manufacturer Finance house doing the deal, then dealers will have the same deals, often with no fees.
And of course - keep an eye on this thread. at least five times a day if you want one of the superdeals.

Finally, if its an awesome deal, and it will be OK for you, then just go for it. You have chances to back out, but once they're gone, that's it.

Anyone know what the lead time would be? My lease goes back in December and that would do nicely as the replacement. No mention of whether it includes VAT?

For the 125 there are deals that are a bit cheaper on Contracthireandleasing.com, but also try your local dealer. If it's a VWFS deal, then they should be able to match/beat and will probably have access to new stock if it isn't a cancelled/reduced order from a separate finance house.

This is cheaper:

https://www.centralukvehicleleasing.co.uk/vehicle/...

1 x £2,400 = £2,400
23 x £115.19 = £2,649
Excess 8,000 miles @ 7.2ppm = £576
Admin Fee = £180

Total Price: £5,805

Thanks for posting the deal but I actually meant 20kpa, so excess mileage is 2k rather than the 576. Also, would much rather the 3dr than the 5dr.

On a leased car, you need none of that though...

If you are like me and typically leave the warmth of your home at 6am then heated seats are much appreciated in the winter. Wouldn't bother unless the seats were leather though. I think the winter pack also gets you a heated windscreen.

Metallic paint - agree - unless it's a VW 'cos' 3 years in Urano grey would have me slitting my wrists. You will be hard put to find any ordered in a flat colour now though.

Powered tailgate - included in standard spec

Parking sensors - rear is included so just make sure you reverse into parking spaces - like proper people do

Electric seats - unless you regularly change driver then these are a waste of time. Find the right driving position and don't touch it again. Got the memory ones on my V70 and I doubt they have moved in the last three years as the missus doesn't like driving it.

I know "no options" is the mantra but sometimes it's worth paying a couple of extra quid if you are going to spend large amounts of time in it. I added about £1800s worth to the Passat that I have just ordered (I think!) and it bumped the monthly by £14. Metallic paint was £3 of that.

Volkswagen Golf Hatchback 2.0 TSI 310 R 5dr 4MOTION DSG

£200.00 Per Month, INC VAT
Rental Profile 9+23
Annual Mileage 10k Miles p/a
Initial Rental £1,800.00
Additional Fees £700.00

Might be an error and fees are quite high https://www.contracthireandleasing.com/independent...

But if it's real, worth calling VW dealers to check it out.
