I have an ST, just turned 37....
The finance is due in Feb so may get a new one, but will likely keep the current one.

Does anyone actually have any stats on theft/bodykit theft? Ive seen it mentioned quite a bit but not seen any actual data? The old dear has a corsa in silver, she has had nicked 3 drivers side wing mirrors in as many years, and being an honest person has stumped up the £100 a time for a replacement from vauxhall, but ive not seen many reports of the ST missing bits.

I live in Milton Keynes so does seem reasonably safe in terms of car theft?

Have you considered a Clio 182 Trophy? £10k is near to top of the budget range, and if you pick one up for a few grand less, you can put it towards ongoing general maintenance as well as refurbishment of the Sachs dampers when required.

Just give it a google, parts crime is massive in Wales, they target hospitals mainly, but I’ve seen car shop have the front ends stolen from loads of theirs.

Birmingham is rife with all types of cars stolen. Just google it or look on Instagram it’s happening daily
