What is the most anonymous luxurious car?

Honda Legend - looks just like an accord/mini cab but with a 3.5V6 and 4WD. Similar inside to a Lexus LS.
Apparently goes round a racetrack in similar times to a S2000 sportscar (not sure I believe that) due to the trick 4WD system.
I nearly bought one, but only 17mpg around town put me off.
Was going to say the Honda Legend as well. I'm sure the AWD system in it is the SH-AWD (Super Honda AWD) which I believe is a pretty advanced AWD system, especially for its time. I'm currently someone who runs old barges, driving my Lexus LS460 as a daily and then invest my money in the fun cars.
For my daily drivers I love a luxury interior, with nice high quality touch points. I also like adaptive cruise control.
I also like to remain anonymous, for example the perfect car would be a Bentley Bentayga, but I feel parking a Bentley in a multi-story in Letchworth is just going to attract the wrong type of attention. I like being able to just bung my cars in anywhere and not have to worry.
There is no budget for this one as the cheaper the better.
My initial thoughts are either an S-class coupe or a Range Rover Autobiography SV
If your perfect car is a Bentayga then buy the equivalent with an Audi or vw badge (Touareg)For my daily drivers I love a luxury interior, with nice high quality touch points. I also like adaptive cruise control.

This must be the winner. Even if you told people what it was they'd look blankly at you. (They are pretty decent cars, I had one as a rental once in the USA)However, they are big which would be eye catching.
The other alternative is to go for something like a 5-series or A6 that are ubiquitous enough to become anonymous - perhaps a 5GT that might also repel ne'er do wells with its ugliness.

Is it possible you are already in it? An LS460 is pretty anonymous. Do you just fancy a change?
It is very possible I'm already in it. The LS460 is due 4 new tyres, a service and the water pump has just went. So I thought now is a good time to consider a replacement. Also, it would be nice to have an SUV or an estate as sometimes I can't carry all of my equipment for work.
However, if I ever really feel like going crazy, I was considering doing a full re-spray in a really classy colour like a Bentley green, and then doing a complete interior re-trim in tan. It would be money down the drain but also an amazing spectacle.

If you know it’s in good shape and will be keeping it forever kind of thing why not. What year is the current car? Is it missing any tech or anything that you would really like? craigjm said:

It's a 2008 and I've just installed Apple Carplay to the existing unit.It is in good shape and well looked after, has all of the tech but the adaptive cruise is a little dated and creates a few 'brown pants' moments.
It has developed a slight vibration from one side of the car, which may just mean the wheel needs balancing but it could also mean one of the control arms is on the way out (common issue), and that is expensive repair too.

Ride refinement and perceived interior trim quality probably mark true luxury out from upper level executive cars. A Toerag is not up to the job on either front, it's just a large mid-market SUV that happens to share a platform with a luxury car.AlexNJ89 said:

True luxury and anonymity (in Europe at least) are probably the speciality of the Far East-like the Infiniti M 3.7 V6 (was there ever a V8 in the UK?) or a Lexus LS600
Of the Europeans a Jag S-Type 4.2 V8 R would fly under the radar, but not as luxurious as a long wheelbase V12 BMW 760Li. Good value whatever age you go for.

I recently drove my friend's Jaguar XJR. Seemed pretty anonymous but was a lovely drive. In fact, the V8 was far too muted for my taste.
Or just get a Mercedes S-Class. Every taxi driver seems to have either an E or an S-Class, so you'll be comfortable and totally anonymous. Just try not to wear a Bluetooth earpiece and a cheap suit while driving or you might find random strangers trying to climb into the back seat!

Why would you need to worry or be anonymous in Letchworth!!? I would say it's one of the more safer places, only the one multi story and that's not too bad, buy what you want, way worse crime hotspots than Letchworth.....(1st) Garden City to give it's title I also like to remain anonymous, for example the perfect car would be a Bentley Bentayga, but I feel parking a Bentley in a multi-story in Letchworth is just going to attract the wrong type of attention.
