I got my deal approved and order placed on Friday for a Leon Cupra DSG Lux from Leasing Options.

I've gone for 9+23, 12,000 miles at £254.32 per month with £2288 + £199 fee upfront.

I'm hoping for delivery in about 3 weeks as the only car they had in the batch arriving this month happens to be the colour I'm after (Mystery Blue).

A couple of question to anyone in the South or South East who has got a Seat from Leasing Options:

Did you opt for transporter or driven delivery?

Is there are charge for transporter delivery and if so, how much was it?

Cheers,

DC

A quick update on my Evezy rental

They didn't have any I3 available so I have just picked up a Zoe until 12 April when I will swap for the I3.

The car was left in a Sainsbury car park and the app was enabled about half an hour before collection was due. It's done 770 miles and is immaculate.

Can't see the whole setup being for everyone but I have been pretty impressed with them so far.

Anyone need a 7 seater SUV in a hurry? Decent stock deal over on zenauto site for the new SEAT Tarraco 2.0TDi Xcellence (or whatever it is called).

Only reason we have not ordered one is because Mrs Emeye needs an auto. Otherwise way cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

£500 upfront, £285 x 23 for 8000 miles and 7.25p excess mileage

ETA: +£199 processing fee.

Says £268 per month for me? Also, i am trying to find some pics or vids of the vehicle. We are only 2 adults and 2 teens - are the 7 seats fixed, or is it a 5 seater and the remaining 2 seats fold up if required?
The seats fold down
Seem to have missed out - only silver left.

Just FTK'd on this - although they had sold out, Zen Auto got in touch and said they were just putting 1 in white on the site, very good Customer Service. Might be worth getting touch or keeping an eye on the site.

Went to view the Tarraco at SEAT dealer at the weekend, beast of a vehicle!

Compared to the I-Pace in "S" Spec,E-Tron is a better car imo and coming out a lot cheaper in this deal.

The I-Pace doesn't look great with 18" wheel, has a manual Tailgate, no air suspension, slower charging capability.

When i sat in the E-tron it just felt that much nicer to me.
Problem is range/efficiency is looking worse and it also seems it is less engaging to drive. For me, and I know I will be in the minority, I preferred the Jag interior.
I spoke to some Audi dealers to see who would have an e-tron in stock. Short ver: no one any time soon, it seems. I also got a comparative quote to the e-tron quote being discussed in the sporadic thread above - Audi said all deals come from them and it would be the same price anyway. So I configured... resulting price = ~50% more expensive than lease4less. ~ 6k down and 650 a month (for 10k admittedly). Madness... In addition, validated that heated seats are effectively a 1200 quid option, and adaptive cruise is a 2k pack. On a 71 grand car. Seriously.

So either the l4l deal, or another look at the i-pace, which I also prefer having seen a Q7 (similar size) which is the size of a small county.

Sigh. frown

This seemed like a good deal to me as well, I was getting a pretty low quote with minimal down and 15k miles. Not a fan of Seat but could definitely have lived with this from a practicality point of view - lot of car for £250 odd pm!

Was a crazy good deal, I was seriously thinking about cancelling my Leon and just getting this instead.

Next time they can save on advertising and just list the deal on here.

I know what you mean. Seriously considering just waiting and doing a PCP on a Model 3 when available.

Got the confirmation on a C43 amg premium saloon. 6+23 10k miles. £560 a month. More than I normally pay for CH but wanted a change from the 'regular' cars.

£16.2k over the two years, correct? How did this compare across the quotes you received? Stand-out best price? Or all pretty similar? I ask due to currently being in an S4 and slowly stalking similar/ 'level-up' car deals.

I did the same the week before last - contacted Audi Guildford, Portsmouth and Brighton and all said they weren't expecting cars in until the second week of April, but would call me as soon as they did to arrange a test drive. However, I popped into Audi Guildford the weekend before last and lo and behold they had an e-tron sitting outside the showroom plugged in charging. No-one from sales seemed interested in serving me, but one of their drivers unlocked the car and switched it on for me so I could have a good crawl all over it for 20 minutes. My 3 year old son approved and is very happy I've signed a lease for one with l4l.

I don't know what the dealers were talking about (apparently neither did they!) when they said they didn't have cars as according to the reception staff the launch was the week before. They even had a car in the showroom under a cover ready for a customer collection - the chap was very happy when he drove it out of the showroom!

Front heated seats come as standard with additional rear seat heating a £400 option, but I agree that it's a shame that adaptive cruise control is such an expensive option.

We considered the I-Pace, but the e-tron is better specced car as standard and the deal with l4l is better than similar I-Pace deals and way better than PCP deals for the e-tron.

I've not had a specific date, but mid 2019 was mentioned this year, so i'm basing it around Jun/Jul.

The above deal is a little more than L4L's deal for same profile - 24m / 8k pa. Theirs is total of £14.4k vs above £15383.

ooh, i had not spotted that! The above 400 option requires another 800 option for super duper climate control! 'Free' heated seats is progress at least. First world problems, I know.

Maybe i could live without the ACC... redface( I use it every day - be it my usual 25 mile unclassified/B/A road commute or longer motorway journeys. Keeps your distance really well - yet my front bonnet is still pepped with chips!

That 2k 'tour' pack covers Adaptive Cruise Assist, Predictive efficiency assistant, Camera-based traffic sign recognition, Collision avoidance assistant, turn assist, Lane departure warning with emergency assist. Most/all of which are a bit 'meh' other than the CAA which again, on the Golf is great (and standard on the R).

Have you had a del date for yours yet? Guildford's a hike for me, but very tempted! Thanks for taking time to comment smile

My last lease was a SEAT from leasing options. No choice for delivery other than it being driven to me. Arrived on time, clean and mileage was taken off annual miles. A good experience.

I missed out in the I-Pace deal (don't need car until end of the year) and I know what you mean.

I fully expect Tesla's PCP to be terrible because of high interest but that's not really an issue for me. In Scotland you can get an interest free loan for EV's so that, combined with high-ish residuals and the plug-in grant should make depreciation only a little more than PCH.

Albeit over a 5 years rather than 2 frown

Despite that the Model 3 is probably the only real option at the moment that really fits the bill for me. The new Polestar 2 looks promising but that's 2021/2022 at the earliest. EQC seems to have vanished and E-tron delayed.

However if Jaguar want to offer up another round of discounted I-Paces to curb Model 3 demand in a few months I'm not going to say no :P

Replacing these S4 S5 leases is proving a challenge if you want something similar isnt it. Hopefully when they kick production back in they will do an offer to ramp production back up. Wishful thinking I expect but we can hope.
