Thank you to the chap who posted r.e the 1 + 23 £269 inc VAT for the Leon Cupra 300.

http://www.seatwarrington.co.uk/newcars/details/se...

This deal available on a manual, has anyone seen anything better or similar deal on the DSG? Seems a pretty good deal to me but reviews all seem to rate the DSG over manual.

I heard that the DSG was £30 more at the same place.

That’s decent if it’s correct, think the dsg version is 4wd as well, best I’ve seen previously is £2k extra over the fwd car over a 2yr lease.

Not particularly keen on the hatch but the estate does appeal.

Hi guys, new member here, have followed the forums for some time, been currently looking at a golf Gti and R offers on PCH...currently have these offers on the table, wanted to see if anyone knows of better?

Deal 1
Golf GTI 5dr
Metallic black, manual
5000 miles
3+35
£252, no fees

Deal 2
Golf R 5dr
Metallic deep black, manual
5000 miles
1+35
£350
£299 broker fee.

I currently have a blueGT on PCP, which I’m only 18 months into a 48 month, but may sell and settle outstanding settlement to go with above.

Do you think it’s likely the deals above will be beaten in the future, I remember a year or so ago having quotes for the then 300hp R at £256 per month, with the same specs as above, and whilst I imagine those days are well and truly gone, are we likely to see the above R deal at more in the £300 range again?

you're 1.5 years into a 4 year PCP and you think you can get out without being ruined? Have you had a settlement figure and valued the car?

Edit: I should add these are stock offers, hence the prices, so can’t add options other than metallic paint.

Warrington charge a lot of fees and a £250 holding fdeposit according to their email to me. I have spoken to other dealers and all said they had no idea what that was and they dont charge fees.

Lookers Stockport and Blade Gloucester would do £279 8k and £285 10k. Looker's said DSG was an additional £15 a month.

The ST (Estate) in DSG is 4x4, the rest are FWD

Interesting deal on the Seat Arona,

Was behind one today and thought it looked quite nice.

https://leasecars.online/product/seat-arona-stw-1-...

1 + 23 for £204 a month on 6k, should be a price for 10k but their website is crap.

My girlfriend got Snows in Portsmouth to match the IMG deal without fees on her Cupra. We paid a holding deposit which seems perfectly reasonable which was refunded on collection.

PCP but a new mustang for £465pm on a 1+36 seems decent?

For a 2.3 eco boost? Nah they’re just selling off stock vehicles before the facelift version starts arriving very soon.

That's 2.3l Mustang. You can have 5.0 GT for £1300 more on the same plan (38x 499). But I think £6331.94 per annum for relatively cheap Mustang is a lot. If you compare it to popular % calculation here, 2 years would be 33% of cash price and only 6K miles per annum.

Mustangs normally hold value well so you may make some back at the end being a PCP the V8 would be far more attractive for an extra 60 a month however as you suggest

They do at the moment but until the facelift hits the market properly it’s anyones guess where the values of the prefacelift model will go. I own a pre facelift GT so I’m hoping you’re right!

The V8 would definitely be a smarter purchase if you had to choose especially at that price differential.

That's the 1.6D with 95bhp, I ordered my girlfriend a 1.0TSI with 115bhp and DSG from Leasehub on:

1+23 @ £176
£250 admin fee
8k miles PA
3.6p excess mileage

Super cheap motoring for 2 years and a good looking car, she was happy with the SE spec although it is a bit basic.
