Their prices don't seem competitive at all compared to a lot of the lease sites I've been looking at in the last few months?

That's what I thought while I was browsing.

Hi all, in need of a new motor sharpish and just been offered this deal. At first glance looked pretty good, unless you can advise me otherwise

BMW 116d M Sport 5dr
15k miles
36 month deal
Service pack included
Metallic paint included
RFL included
Roadside Assistance included.

£279+VAT p/m with no initial fee or deposit, it's just £279+VAT per month

Seemed pretty good for me, especially as no up front payment or deposit, what do you reckon?

Have you read any of the last 3 pages? £335 PM for a 116D, no it is not a good deal.

£12k for three years in a 1 Series.

You're better off going nearly new or PCP.

The Golf GTD at £213.99 with a deposit is cheaper, excess mileage is 7p inc VAT. They have cars for January delivery.

I am going to sell my old but ever trustworthy Cayenne early in the New Year & get myself into one of these lease deals, the Volvo XC60 or BMW 4CC looking favourite at the moment.
What the collective’s thoughts on getting the best deal? Do I factory order in December with a Feb/Mar delivery and assume that I will offload the Cayenne if I price it cheaply, or would your crystal ball predict that if I wait until February & after I have sold I would get a better deal on a stock car, if I was not too fussy on what I took

In my experience there aren't that many stock cars, the good deals are often factory order with a 3 month lead time.

The only advice I would offer is, if you want a real bargain you can't be too choosy as to make/model/spec, the more open you are to alternatives the more likely you are to get a good deal.

Exactly this. The way to treat leasing is also to jump if you see a great deal as they are very transient. So you can't really plan ahead for when is a good time to go for it.

I was lucky last year to get on the December M135i lease deal for a March delivery and only the Golf R deals afterwards have really come anywhere near it for VFM.

Be interested to know what lead time they give you if you go for it?

Looking at the Fiesta Zetec S 125bhp ecoboost on a 6/23, £119.99 per month, 4.64p per excess mile over 10k per annum.

Anything better for the money? I don't think this can be beaten so will have to move pretty quickly on it. Wife wants to see one first so off to local dealer tonight.

Seconded, got my current MK7 Golf GTD from them and they were great. Would definitely recommend them.
