Glacier green with Navy velour is an unusual, but quite pleasant one.
The leather in this age 5-series is so good though... soft and very comfortable.

This one has been up for 3 or so weeks not so far from me
My now very elderly father ran one of these years ago.
Needed a new engine.....
Interior was (is) nice though
Nasty exhaust tip
And wheels frankly
And expensive
But.. still nice memories for me at least

The BCA Paseo just passed it's MOT with no advisories at all. It looks like it's had stone chip on the sills and underseal from new, and never been out in the winter judging from the condition underneath. It also has a Toyota battery and all Toyota filters so I think some madman has been taking it to the main dealer for service.

I'm starting to think I can walk on water (leaked coolant) with this luck hehe

Possibly, however there is an official Toyota parts shop on eBay. You may wish to start checking Amayama for prices on any future parts and consumables... Good prices on many things but Autodoc like timescales plus shipping from Japan on top!

No link? No idea RE transition to EV to be honest! Interesting thought though. I suspect not, given its lack of use recently, in this case.

The image is the link, but because of reasons it doesn't work if you click the image after it's been quoted, has to be the original post
I had an S211 from new in cubanite silver and avantgarde trim back in the day, and I recall the wood being distinctly greyer than that. The sun has perhaps faded the tint perhaps? This looks a little orangier than I’d like! Lovely car, and having just sold my high mileage S212 diesel it’s rather tempting…

I guess it makes a change from the usual suite of six plus seater MPVs - there's two of these on AT at the moment for similar money. I wonder who buys them (in their afterlife following decommissioning by the funeral directors)?

A fair few of those funeral cars seem to pop up on Banger tracks, which is strange as they always seem to attract the most attention from the other banger drivers and the car ends up getting absolutely wrecked before it's even managed a lap.

Now's clearly the time to buy a broken slice of mid-2000s uber barge.

What a horrible car as well. It's basically a VW / Audi with shiny bits on and in an effort to create a 'Bentley' image they have hammed up the bling and it has aged really badly.

Yes once they get old enough to have zero prestige and "imagine" they found their true value - 99p and you can have a go on the sellers wife if you promise to trailer it away very soon.

I've seen working (ostensibly) Conti GTs for close to £5k at trade auctions. Still a hard no, with or without a go on someones wife.

Yes, a world of major pain and bork is all I can associate with those Bentleys.

In other news, CL collection from the bodyshop is this afternoon. I hope he's worked his magic again.

Please keep your RR thread updated. I like these cars and remember seeing yours, must be over 10 years ago now. I like to live vicariously through you laugh

I bought it in August 2015 so nearly nine years ago. It's the longest I've owned any car.

Hmmm, I swear it was yours.... Unless you bought it from a PHer? It was definitely before 2015 I saw it - at MB World.

I did take it to MBW for an early barge meet, but I can't recall the year. I bought it from an MBO member not a PHer.

And possibly the longest car you've owned as well.
