Nationwide Delivery Available! These cars are 2013/13 Plates done between 15000-20000 miles and are fully prepared to BVRLA standards and include a warranty. Please call a sales advisor for available colours. Other deposits and terms available and we take part exchanges! Remainder of manufacturers warranty outstanding
So a 2 yr old car, with 1 year warranty and a 4 year lease deal? Looks rubbish, sorry.

Can someone please explain the differences between personal and business contracts? Other than the obvious fact that one includes tax and one doesn't... which is more advantageous.
I am a major shareholder in a small privately owned business based in London. I wouldn't really be using the car for work and would do circa 6k a year. Although i own the business, i'm still down as an employee (PAYE) albeit one of the Partners/Directors.
Have a deal in sight, just can't decide whether a Business or Personal Lease is best. Obviously there is an insurance consideration too, which i can imagine will be more for a Biz lease.
Thanks in advance.

The contracts are the same, the business contract can be paid for personally (+ VAT), just proof of doing business mileage and/or having a Ltd company.
IMHO they offer business deals to restrict the demand and hence supply.
As for which is best value, speak to your accountant. Mine said I was better of paying personally for the car then claiming the mileage allowance.

I think it's just a market segment thing. Some deals are targeted towards the fleet market.IMHO they offer business deals to restrict the demand and hence supply.
I know this has come up on the Merc forums where Merc business deals are cheaper (even allowing for VAT) but the dealers are adamant they must be done through a company and can't be paid for (+VAT) by individuals.

I would suggest making sure you found a deal for one of these including the Technology pack, which, IIRC includes Sat Nav, LED light etcSEAT LEON DIESEL HATCHBACK

The thing is that the tech pack makes a big difference to resale, so the cheap lease deals may be a way of subsidising and shifting the ones without it, specifically.Labbetts said:

Benefit in kind tax is based on the list price of the vehicle and is prohibitively expensive imo, much better to lease privately and claim mileage, unless your accountant has any better ideas...I am a major shareholder in a small privately owned business based in London. But increasing the resale value can also help reduce the lease rate - I've seen another very good lease deal earlier with the tech pack and I'm struggling to find it again!Found it - a bit upfrnt weighty at 9+23, and not had time to calculate the whole term cost.
