Haha - sorry missed off the monthly payments - just under 300 quid a month.

I know we are no way near the deals we used to have - my Golf R Estate was £175 a month!!!

Discover are slightly cheaper due to their broker fee of £199.99, and they have now a note on their website to say they will give a £25 Amazon voucher which i missed out on when i ordered my Octavia VRS frown

Got my V90 from VehicleSavers getting delivered next Wednesday - that's 13 days from the finance being approved, so not bad at all.

Santander have just emailed me asking me if I'm still interested in the S60 deals (I last spoke to them over a week ago), because if not they have to release it?? I'd be surprised if they were holding one for me....perhaps they've still got some stock to shift though.

Is it a boggo spec one at £229? If so I'd happily take if off your hands. I've been ringing every day this week and they keep telling me there's none left...

Santander have some S60 Inscription plus available for December delivvery only:

Email response to enquiry received today:

We do still have availability on the S60 T5 Inscription Plus Automatic Metallic with Winter pack and Tempa Spare. Delivery must be taken by 30th December 2019.

Prices are £288 based on 10k mileage and £265 based on 8k which is our minimum mileage.
Colours: Bright Silver, Onyx Black, Denim Blue, Fusion Red, Savile Grey.

The PCH rental is based on an 18-month term and your chosen annual mileage, unfortunately this offer is not available on 24 months. There is no deposit, 0% APR and fixed monthly payments throughout the agreement. It is a long-term rental so you would never own the car. Road tax is included in the rental, you would need to take out fully comprehensive insurance and would be responsible for one service at the end of the first 12-months (through an approved Volvo dealer)

For you to take advantage of these offers please may you confirm that you are a Santander customer.

Not for me as I'm looking for March delivery, but nice car, good price...

Anyone seen any decent A Class deals around?

Needs to be auto and AMG line, not fussed over engine size or delivery times.

I’ve seen Pink Leasing had some decent deals last week but they seem to have evaporated.

Happy for 24 months and only need 5k miles per year.
Found A Class deals few and far between recently. But came across this CLA in stock at Carparison

CLA 200 Shooting Brake AMG Line (auto)
3+23 @ £298
+ £234 fees
8k pa

Works out around 24% I think, but nice to have something a little larger and the default AMG Line spec on CLA is higher than the A Class.

Just quickly looked at some reviews and that's one hell of a deal with no deposit. Definitely a good one for some people in here I'd wager.

Anyone interested I've just cancelled my Santander order.

It's white with the winter pack and temps spare wheel. £246.

The fuel cost is too high for me sadly, as I do 18k per annum.

I'll keep looking for a diesel.

Is that figure based on 18k miles?

I doubt it. That's what I was after in the first place, but by the time I'd enquired it was the ones with the winter pack etc. Still, no deposit though which would have been nice.

Sorry, I'd already contacted them when I made the post! Sounds like they've got some left though, and it's a lot of car for under what, £270/month? Great mileage allowance too.

I reckon that's 10k as it's the same figure quoted last week

Based on 15k, I didn't mind paying the excess mileage for the rest but ultimately the fuel and excess mileage has ruined the deal for me.

Can't believe diesels are being outlawed when they're simply so much more efficient for higher mileage drivers...🙄

Right pain in the arse that is, been seeing that BCA pickup times are up to 3 weeks and my new car is due by the end of this week.
Most insurers will allow 2 cars on the policy for a short while, a temporary additional vehicle.
Alot of people have overlap.
I was charged £25 for a 3 week overlap on my last cars.
Really? I phone my insurance company today about it and basically the bloke told me that it would be as expensive as buying a new policy? Who are you with and what did you tell them?

To clarify, I mean 15k over the 18 month term (so 10k per annum)

VL (but the other way around) also did the same with asure (replace the a with another letter)
Both times I said "I've got a new car but still got my old one" they swapped the policy to the new car then added the old one as a temporary vehicle. Same cover same excess nominal charge but could only be for up to month.
Last time was back in may.
