Best lease car deals available?

Just add fuel, from an employer sounds like a salary sacrifice scheme.
Did i the purchase of the 11k Fiesta include insurance, servicing, tyres, road tax, brake discs and pads, maybe a clutch. How about fixing if anything goes wrong with a turbo charged engine that's already throwing up the odd failure story?
No?
Oh, and it's also good tax planning and effectively costing less than that - about 300 a year tax saving at basic rate.
Still, 11k is a decent deal.

A work friend who covers c40k work and personal miles is looking for a new car.
He has always bought cars outright and always brand new runs them for 4 years then offloads
Anyway he is now looking for his next option he likes/his wife likes a Q5 Audi and is interested in leading/cheapest way of running a car for 4 years and 160k total miles.
Any lease deals or suggestions?

Not many sites let you configure that kind of mileage but the nationwide site does so at least you can get a feel for prices. Q5's are not necessarily the cheapest but have a look here. http://www.nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk/Audi-Q...He has always bought cars outright and always brand new runs them for 4 years then offloads

Current good deals even for that mileage can be had on the Tiguan http://www.nationwidevehiclecontracts.co.uk/Volksw...

Forgive me for asking a stupid question, but if I lease a car can I put a private number plate on it?
I have been told you need to add the lease company as a 'Nominee' on the retention cert, as you are not the registered keeper of the car. Once this has been done you have to sign some kind of declaration to say if the car is repossessed then the legal owner of the car will also own the plate. Also you must write to the lease company with plenty of time before the lease is up to get the plate transferred again, as if you forget, when the car goes back, you do not own the plate/car any longer.
This is how my lease company will say it will work, not sure I am going to bother, i'll let the wife decide as its her plate.

No idea if these are any good, but looks cheap.

£8k for 3 years use? I've just bought a new one for £11k, of which £1k was for extras.
Would you mind sharing where that was from?Emeye said:

Thanks for this, we looked at one and the boot was teeny, aside from that it wasn't a bad place to be for a family hack. No idea if these are any good, but looks cheap.

Hi all,
I am new to the forums and after something more exiciting than my Mazda 6 Nav Sport 175ps. Having owned a Scirocco R I tried the Golf R but missed the good deals. I can see a great deal on a BMW 335d Msport over 2 years which would be about £9.3k but any other ideas?
I really wanted a new Jaguar XE either the XES or a 2.0 240 ps but they are too new for good deals.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
James.

Yes it's a salary sacrifice scheme through her employer. No deposit, fully maintained and insured, 9k per year mileage allowance.Did i the purchase of the 11k Fiesta include insurance, servicing, tyres, road tax, brake discs and pads, maybe a clutch. We looked at the personal deals that were flying about just after Christmas, we couldn't find anything that could beat this for a true cost so we ordered in February. Almost 3 months to deliver has been a bit st mind you.
ETA - this car lists at £14,695 on Fords configurator, so to get it for £11k is a great deal. That's a 25% saving on a car that's in high demand, good haggling skills.

Would you mind sharing where that was from?Ford have two discount schemes, the better one is the Privilege scheme available to anyone vaguely related to a Ford employee (or Ford pensioner), the other is the Ambassador scheme which offers slightly lower discounts but is available to pretty much anyone who knows a Ford employee. With a bit of haggling there are some very good prices available from Ford, they even give you a £950 discount for taking Ford Credit which can be paid off in full without penalty when you collect the car.

I have been looking into the Seat Cupra. Seems they are discontinuing the 266 so they are selling them off. The cars are ordered and can have options added. Was advised June/July delivery.
Hey thanks, yeah I went for the Golf GTD DSG, but Seat told me 25 weeks for the Cupra.TonyF55 said:

I can't find a Tiguan deal that allows a decent amount of miles - around 15-20 k
without doubling the monthly rate.
anyone seen something?
Not sure if its competitive or not but its £267.54 on a 3+23 for 8k miles and £327.54 for 20k miles, so an increase of £60pm for an extra 12k miles a year? all are private deals and thus include vat.without doubling the monthly rate.
anyone seen something?
