Just factory ordered an M140.

Factory order, £0 deposit and a starting point of £383 a month before options and mileage. Mine with pro nav, heated seats and 12k per per is £412 a month. Thought that was pretty good and certainly cheaper than two local dealers who wanted £2k deposit and higher monthly costs. Plus both annoyed me in different ways.

A year old one without the nice nav in my local is £1k less than the quote for my new one.
What dealer was this please

Wow that sounds like a good deal! Is it the shadow edition as well?

It was via Tony Lewis (TRL) @ Berry Heathrow. So far, I can’t fault the service. It’s all been done via email, but he responds quickly and his prices are all clear and transparent unlike my local dealer.

Yup, you can only get Shadow Editions now for factory orders.

A friend bought one last summer during the 1.9% APR campaign and with a £5k trade in is paying just over £330 a month. Every £1,000 knocks about £22 off per month so factoring in his lower APR and big deposit, I think my deal stacks up pretty well.

This seems half decent when a mid spec Golf or Focus is around the £300pm mark now with a low deposit.

This deal has been round for a little round now, if you go onto Carwow you’ll find dealers offering the same car for an even lower price (about £2k better when I enquired) still on 0%

Anyone else finding a distinct lack of anything decent out there? I'm quite surprised...

Trying to get local dealer to match car wow on a Merc is proving very challenging.

Deals on the BMW above are rare. Most other deals seem to be on entry level engine cars.

The Tiguan is being discounted heavily by VW. I’ve had quotes through Carwow for one at 13.3% off which seems pretty high for a VW SUV. Comparable quotes on a Karoq aren’t as good.

Seems like quite an expensive deal to me, even if the headline figure of £32k for £51k car seems low.

Huge discount off list as it's an old model car.

The GFMV is low as it'll be a really old model in 4 years and it's diesel.

The numbers look like other deals. £24.5k to PCP a £32k car for 4 years does still sound expensive.

It's the interest that makes the BMW deals sky rocket. When they do an impulse offer and provide 0% apr on stock vehicles, the monthlies drop massively and the cars start to look reasonably priced. Otherwise, the poor residuals make them expensive on a pcp, even with the usual hefty looking discount off list.

The way to make that deal fly is to not take the cashback of £15,000, put it towards the car, then take out a cheap loan over 3-4 years for the difference.

You're right of course, BMW Finance charging you the sum total of £6551.73 in interest to drive around in a hugely depreciating asset.

I've been waiting on the run out 0% deals on the 335d Touring however, looking at the last deal it might not even be any better.

In October last year, they were offering 335d saloons at £399 down, £399 ppm and touring at £449 down, £449 pcm. The problem with these, was finding one at that figure as most were optioned up in some way that added on £40 or so pcm.

0% interest sounds all well and good but when the car is discounted by nearly £20k it saves almost as much as the interest would have cost anyway.

I'd be tempted to wait if you're keen for a better deal and you don't need the car now tbh. The discount levels have been high on the F30 / F31 for some time and they have already done an impulse 0% offer in conjunction with the high discounts on the F30 before the new one was released and even on the 4 series and gran coupe back last autumn. Essentially, the high discounts and impulse 0% offers are not mutually exclusive, and they make a big difference to the price when combined. No guarantees, but as long as there is stock to shift, there's a high chance of an impulse offer on the F31. Of course, if you're set on the car then there's no time like the present. Somebody in the know like TRL might have some insider knowledge about what's round the corner offer wise for Q3.

0% interest rate, based on 15000 miles per year, reasonable excess mileage charge, and £0 monthly payments.

Deposit is a little steep though.
